The worker was giving attitude and being rude while my gf and I went through the drive-thr after ordering food I followed her instruction because she had asked for us to wait in the parking lot. When she then came out and gave us our food, she had stopped and told us we were being rude. She than threw our food at us.

They take too long in the drive-through, and when they have you pull to the side, they either forget, and you have to ask multiple time if it's ready.

Ordered for 6 people, we wanted milkshakes at 7:30 pm. "Milk shake machine is down" SHOCKING. I can't believe you guys haven't fixed this yet, they literally have apps designed to see what McDonald's milk shake machine is miraculously working. This is why I never go here. Won't make that mistake again.EDIT:Wrote this before I got my food lol... Sooo they also forgot my sons entire happy meal, all four apple pies, they gave me my spicy deluxe which literally just had bnun chicken and 2 pickles (LOL), drinks with no straws. Incredible, its literally funny at this point.

Mikayla was exceptional. She told us it was her first day and she was absolutely killing the customer service. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful and kind. Best McDonald’s customer service let alone from someone on her first day!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live next to this McDonald's and have never been able to complete an order accurate or even at all. They need help or to close down. I have to go to 75th ave and bell to get any McDonald's. Service and quality and customer service is well below average

I refuse to go to this location. It is literally a minute drive from my house but I purposely go out of my way to go to any other location but this one. There is not a single time that they have my caramel frappe. It's basically the only thing I like from mcdonalds. Last time I actually went in to get food for my family after a long day, I waited almost 45 minutes for my food and never got my drinks. No one was up front and it took another 20 to 30 min to get someone to give me my cups...very disappointing
