I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru park to get my food, what pissed me off is they served two customers came after me, and I was ignored, so I had to go inside the store to get my food! Already complained about this, and this the first time!

Really wanted a vanilla shake, but no big surprise they weren't making ANY shakes aside from the Shamrock shake. I had already had that one a couple weeks back and it was decent, but I'm not big on the minty ice cream. I don't think they should limit customers to what the employees/establishment decides they're going to make available. If it's on the menu then they should do their best to make sure it's available.If 9 times out of 10 their "shake machine is broken" or whatever the excuse happens to be that week then they should just take it off the menu altogether! Kind of borders along the lines of false advertising after awhile.

I have gotten a horrible food poisoning experience from eating here the first time I was unsure because I thought I just picked up a stomach flu but today I decided to join my kids because they wanted to eat here and with the same order of a chicken sandwich I got horribly sick same thing so I'm no longer eating here

This was easily some of the oldest, driest and hard to eat food I've ever purchased. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this one was especially bad. The fillet o fish was the best part and it was meh. A spicy deluxe chicken sandwich that looked like it was made by the breakfast staff as a joke. I really only went because my son had a special request. I don't think he'll get that anymore. It was poor....

I Decided to get a burger during my lunch break, ordered my food they asked me to wait in parking #2 and they’d bring me my food. I waited about 10 minuets no problem just figured food was going to be fresh. But once I got back to work I took a bite and it felt kind of cold so I broke burger in half and it was cold and uncooked! I tried calling busy signal for over an hour, around 8pm a young boy answered the phone spoke with him for 45 seconds and then he put me on hold for 9 mins . I attempted to call again still a busy signal. I do not live on this side of town so I guess I will have to make time before going into work to get a refund / resolution .

I drove through with a special order and they understood it when it came to car as I was pulled into a space the order was wrong. I went in to get what I ordered and it took them 15 minutes to remake a quarter pounder meat and bun only. No one checked on me I had to go back and ask for my order and they hadn't even started it. Meanwhile all my other food went cold. Not happy.

Excellent, This McDonald’s is conveniently located on the corner of Bell and 75th. I came during their lunch rush hour. I ordered in the drive through and they were able to take my order, take my payment and have my food in hand in under 1 minute the only thing that could of made that experience better is if the guy at the second window was hanging out the window with a smile on his face holding my food like the old commercials.I came inside with my son so he could play on the playground. I ordered a fresh apple pie, 3 chocolate chip cookies, and a large French fries. McDonald’s food is always best hot and fresh so I told the cashier I didn’t mind waiting for fresh food I was happy that no one gave me a disgusted look for asking.A few minutes later, all of my food was delivered to my table with a smile on their face. This is by far the most excellent customer service at McDonald’s I have ever received.
