The food was cold, and the fries were old and hard. The drive thru employees were more interested in taking your money fast and turning their back to the window so they could finish texting or looking at whatever on their phone. Whatever happened to not having your phone out while you are working? Since when did this change for employees that are your frontline workers?

Crazy to be rating a McDonald's, of all things, but I hadn't been to one in over 3 years and my granddaughter wanted to go. While the "order" kiosks are new since I'd been,, it was easy, help was available and the manager was watching; ready to step in if needed. While drink cups typically come out with the food, the same guy asked what size drinks we ordered and gave us our cups ahead of time. He even tried to swap out happy meal toys for us. The food was great. I was really surprised.
