Food was served cool. Cheese not even melted in an enchilada.

I had steak fajitas. He steak was very tough and gristly. I could barely chew it. The flavor was tasty. I was disappointed in the experience that I always loved before.

The food is mostly great but vegetarian options are limited like fajitas and mushrooms. Even with limited options, you can make tacos or burritos with rice and beans and it's pretty good.

Kelsey was an absolutely amazing server, the food was hot when it came out, she was very attentive when we needed refills and more salsa/chips. Her cheerful attitude and welcoming demeanor made our lunch experience so much better! Thank you On the Border and all who work at this location!

Great service and not much else. Some of the worst Mexican food I've had in the state. Our server was absolutely on top of it and she is this only thing keeping this review above 1 star. The rice tasted like boxed Spanish Rice-a-roni, the burrito was practically flavorless, the chips were some of the saddest, thinnest, flattest chips I've ever even seen. It just kept getting worse and worse. I asked about hot sauce and they told me they only had Cholula and Tapatio, you know where you expect to only get Cholula and Tapatio? Denny's.I would recommend this restaurant to someone I hate, and I would assume that after they ate here my feelings towards them would be made plain. Don't go here. It's not even good value for the money, just skip it. We went here because it was the only Mexican place still open besides Filibertos and we should have just gone to Filibertos.

Going here for pick up orders is a nightmare, this restaurant focus way more on dine in customers, so I wouldn’t bother ordering for pick up you’ll have to wait an extra 20min to get your order when you walk in. Just go in an dine in you’ll get immediate attention.

I usually like this chain, but this particular chain had poor quality food. The empanadas were basically burnt, and the French fries were overcooked, for example. The servers were very friendly though.

Service was pretty bad. Several tables left. Manager just wandered around without helping the servers at all.

Almost every year I’ve gone to a On The Border location to celebrate my kids birthday because of the welcoming of servers and the atmosphere when signing happy birthday. Today, the atmosphere was saddening. I asked the server if they still did anything special for birthday guest, and she replied that she has no knowledge of anything special being done to any birthday guest. It’s a simple birthday song theme of On The Border (20 seconds long the most). The only reason why we go to this restaurant on special days is to make the kids day be more special for their birthday. Let’s be realistic, the fajitas are way overpriced and it’s not even worth the money. We didn’t care about their prices because the service made up for it but after today I won’t be coming back to celebrate any of my kids birthdays. Perhaps it’s only this location that has lost its authenticity but it saddens me to have walked out this restaurant today with my daughter questioning me on her surprise. I wasn’t asking for anything for “free”, all I expected was for a service which I would gladly tip extra on for my daughter.
