This Panda location Filled our family feast boxes 75% of the way. Very dishonest, when we called the manager offered to give us a free box and put a free box under our name.Now we come back 3 weeks later and they "can't find our name" and say we need a recipt.We are buying 2 family feasts for an after Christmas family meal. Just show some customer service and not hassle the customer.

If I could give less stars on service I would. While being served meal asked if I could get some fresh orange chicken which just came off the stove. Girl did not respond despite multiple attempts to ask. Finally another server responded to question and replaced lukewarm orange chicken. While getting replacement chicken the girl originally serving me stated that it was loud on service line and I needed to speak up. I find that hard to believe when the other server heard me. I left to allow other customers to be served but decided to call the store manager to report poor service. The person who answered the phone stated the manager was cooking and asked what the issue was, she then stated that I was rude and that someone heard me say the other employee was a bi**h. I then became upset and that word never left my mouth and asked my wife to attest that this word was never used. The employee disconnected the call before this could be done. I understand it is the holidays and people are tired but this was not handled professionally at all. I am so disappointed.

This has been the best Panda Express that we have gone to for years. Today our family feast had little flavor and the fried rice was hard, chewy and tasted old. We were very disappointed.

Just spent 50 bucks on food and the sweet fire chicken was hard and cold. The chowmein was all clumped together and tasted like cooking spray. Never again.

do not order for pick up they screw it up every time and charge you for it. they want you to sign up for their membership and screw up your order then tell you can fix it online a right out lie stay away
