Nine out of ten times when using the drive thru items are missing from our order. Just now we got home to find out our two Asian chicken salads had zero chicken. So we paid $26+ for two salads with nothing but chopped up lettuce and a few sliced almonds and wontons. Ridiculous! Then when you try to call them the phone just rings and rings and never gets picked up. I shouldn't have to review my order before leaving the drive thru every single time.

This was my first time dining in. The Greek salad was very good and huge. My daughter ordered the pepperoni pizza and Loved it! Nice atmosphere and server's. The restaurant was very clean.

Just paid about $12 for a HALF of a HALF Chicken Walnut sandwich & soup. They also forgot the french baguette that comes w/ the soup. Very disappointing. I'm still hungry. The young lad at the drive-thru window was great. Whoever made my sandwich & forgot the baguette WAS NOT! I just got back in town from a long 6 hr drive! I'M STILL STARVING!! Garrrrr!!!!! Very sad!

I have the Sip Club membership at Panera, so I'm there a few times a week to pick up drinks. The drive-through cashiers are always cheery and kind. They have several good vegetarian options which I appreciate. There is always plenty of indoor seating. They have a few outdoor tables in the front of the restaurant for when the weather is nice. Service is always fast inside the store, and I never have to wait long for my order to come up. Food is always hot when it's supposed to be. The baked good are almost always fresh and moist, but I have had dry bread once, and a couple of dry cookies, but overall I'm very happy with the food I've received. It's a convenient location with ample parking available.Vegetarian options: There are a few options available that are very tasty

I'm not sure if one of the main male managers still works here but he was very friendly one night close to closing, so that is one positive thing.

Beware of ordering online. They advertise a cup of soup with your sandwich for $1. What I found out was that is only for one sandwich. If you order 6 sandwiches, you will be charged over $6 for each addition cup of soup. This advertisement is misleading and the cost for a very small cup of soup is outrageous! I will not be ordering from here again!
This Panera could use some updating. They also charged me incorrectly, so double check when you order. Super sad they don’t have the Napa Valley Chicken Salad Sandwich like other Panera locations.

Ordered using the Panera app for the first time. I ordered from checkout line at the fry’s across the street, got a text from Panera my order was ready when I was enroute, walked right in and got my order and back out to my car within probably 30 seconds. Very impressive.

Maybe this location should change their name because each time I’ve come here there’s NO BREAD! How can you have the name “Panera Bread” if you don’t have bread? Not even baguettes to go with the soups.

We have had coffee and breakfast on Sunday mornings for the last 4+ months. The young lady at the cash register is attentive and kind and greets you with a smile. The food and coffee have been delicious. The zucchini muffins are the best. There is one thing I wish the management would fix, and that is the toilet seat in the women's bathroom needs to be replaced or repaired. The toilet seat is loose, and it slides back and forth.
