Decided to order here, and to my surprise, the lazy employees didn't even cut the pizza. Yes, you heard that correct...THEY DIDNT CUT THE PIZZA LOL. Dough wasn't cooked all the way, and the dough that was cooked was overcooked. Seriously guys, if you don't want to do your job then just quit. Give me a break.

I love supporting businesses, big or small. With Pizza I like going to some chains, but this location has changed since we started 10 years ago. My food was half hour late from when I received my first notification. Somehow they did not use my address so the door dash was lost. I watched him on the map. I did receive a text however I responded and it still took him 20 minutes. I was on a conference call so couldn’t call but I did text. Papa John’s should have prepared a fresh order. You pay delivery fees and tip fees. It was just sad.

Don't roll out your dough hours before baking it. This is why your pizza is horrible. Not sure if the workers eat the pizza here or not but this location's product is significantly worse than other locations.

We have ordered Papa Johns Pizza for years and it always came hot and order was perfectly satisfying. This year, about 4 months ago, we ordered and the crust was so thin, it was like paper, and almost no cheese or sauce! I called and complained and they just said, "oh, sorry about that" and hung up. Last night we thought we would try one more time, same thing! But to add to the paper thin crust (we ordered original crust), the order was late and the pizzas were cold. I will never ever order from Papa Johns again. Total waste of money for junky food and service.
Got my pizza but unfortunately the guy was supposedly training in the kitchen. The pizza is usually good but this time the order was wrong and the pizza was not sliced. Not a bug deal but a little frustrating. Disappointing!

I'm very upset how the manager has the audacity to basically say he didn't believe me when I said a couple wings came out raw. And the pizza was so soggy it was falling apart! Saying that his been there for 3 yrs and he inspects everything to the T and there's no problem. Well obviously he doesn't do his job. Cause I see a lot of BAD REVIEWS HERE! I'm not the only one it's happen to. And he never apologized or said anything about refund not even cause I told him I had the pictures and all. He hung up on me!! I Hope you guys don't go waste your money on This place anymore. And only because my kids wanted pizza delivered. But my Favorite is Barro's Pizzeria 100%. 0 stars !
