I have been on the Mediterranean diet since January 1, and I often look for different med/greek restaurants when I don't feel like cooking that day. I heard about Pita Jungle and finally decided to try it. I was disappointed to say the least. I had the grilled chicken bowl and tzatziki. The presentation of the bowl was not as expected and the tzatziki was very watery. I feel like the bowl was just thrown together. I really just ate the chicken because the turmeric rice it came with was very hard, and the sumac didn't taste like sumac. As someone who has been eating this type of food for going on 4 months, I definitely won't be including Pita Jungle in my list of options. It's mediocre "Mediterranean" food with no flavor.

We were lucky enough to be seated by the kitchen and next to the sloppy server station. Our server was good at first then after we ordered avoided us....got together with other servers in front of the kitchen and were incredibly loud and obnoxious. I turned around and saw our food waiting.....and waiting and waiting. It took 15 minutes to get to our table...and yes, that was our food waiting while they all laughed and talked loudly. Food was not spectacular. My elderly mom loved going there and she told me she doesn't ever have to go back. This was on 3/17 around noon.I don't think yoga pants are a good choice to work at a restaurant in.

Servers were having loud, personal conversations with each other right out on the floor. I mean, I get that it was loud anyways, but their contribution of yelling and loud joking so they could hear each other over the general noise was extra annoying. Not my cup of tea. I'll go to the Norterra or Tempe Pita Jungles any day of the week over this one. I'm not saying that work conversations shouldn't be allowed, but time and place.Food was just ok, probably had a bad taste from the off-putting ambiance...
