We waited 40 minutes for a scheduled pick up that I paid for through the app. My pizza was cold. My pasta didn’t have chicken on one. And my experience was horrible. Was sick to begin with that’s why I scheduled order for pick up.

I usually love pizza hut but apparently they recently got rid of their delivery drivers and now it's entirely up to doordash and Uber eats which I absolutely hate. I have nothing but bad experiences with these 3rd party good delivery services and again today, I order multiple items, food was practically cold by the time it got here because the drivers don't have heater bags like pizza hut drivers had, AND I was missing my wings which was the main reason for ordering. I called the restaurant and they DID remake and resend my wings which is nice but also expected as a customer. That said, I will be ordering from dominos since they still use their own drivers and the food is always hot and never missing. Such a disappointment that the hut drivers got eliminated.

I ordered on the app for delivery but realized after I submitted the order I forgot to add a side of sauce so I called them thinking no big deal, I was wrong- they don't answer...ever. It's been easily over 16 years since I've had Pizza Hut, thought it might be good but honestly it's horrible pizza and I'll never do it again. Delivery guy was cool, delivery was fast but the pizza wasn't even close to the price, Costco food court pizza is 100% better.

In store practice is horrible. I came in to pick up my pizza and it was sitting on a storage rack with boxes and delivery hot bags. Recieved a free pizza coupon and they wouldn't accept it. Manager would not acknowledge or accept any of my concerns. When your order is good, it's good. If there's a problem, don't expect a resolution or any type of an apology. Won't be back.

Ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut tonight, 91st Ave/Peoria. NEVER again! Took an hour and a half to get here and the pizza AND box were so cold! Called and asked them to come get their cold pizza and refund my money (nothing special lg thin crust pepperoni w/extra cheese.....$25 something) and they wouldn't do that. Told me to call back Monday. I'll never order from there again!

Ordered a medium mushroom pizza, extra cheese. Pizza was delivered soggy and undercooked. The slices dripped in half as they were picked up. Never going back there again; shoulda just gone to Papa Murphy's.

We ordered delivery after a long day on the road, unbeknownst to us it was being delivered via door dash. Fast forward an hour later, we had to pick it up ourselves. This could have been a nightmare but thanks to Greta and her staff they made it right and saved the night! Thank you grEAta!(Get it ? ?)
