Hey QT on Olive and all in the WV, please get driver's to quit parking at the pumps!! I was driving around and waiting for 10-15 minutes just to put diesel in my truck. Of course, the drivers are inside getting somthing made in the back ?If you want to be a fast food joint, cool, but train drivers not to park at the pumps without pumping gas. Come on!!!!

I have yet to see a QT that doesn't do a great job of serving its customers. Not sure how, but I have seen the same clerk at a few different QTs. He is always very friendly and attractive to our needs. The name tag says John Rickard or Richard either way great job by him and all of the clerks we have come across.

These folks go above and beyond for their customers. I'm a regular customer, usually visiting twice a day to satisfy my lottery scratcher itch. They are always good about scanning and paying out when I'm that lucky. Super clean everywhere! Quick foods prepared while you wait and some employees, if you can believe it have been there 15 years! Crazy upbeat location! Thx

Today was the first time that the cashier saw me standing holding drinks and ignored me while doing something else, and then popped back to the register calling a lady who came after me. This was disappointing. The problem is, they did see me and had just called other people to the other side of the register, but stopped doing that when I came up. Have to go to another place

I wish I could give this Qt a 0 star rating. I went in today (8/19/22 @ 12:30am) to use the restroom and get a drink. When I walked in the restrooms were closed for cleaning so I proceeded to get my drink and grab a couple of snacks. I asked the clerk working at the register if it was possible to use the restroom even though it was being cleaned because I really needed to go. He said the girl cleaning it should almost be done. So I walked out to my car and put my stuff away. And walked back In, by now it's been 5-10 mins. I walked in the restroom and asked if I could use it cuz I was in dire need and about to go in my pants. She told me no and that if I was going to pee my pants to do it out in the store cuz she was cleaning in the womens restroom. I have never been treated so rudely at a QT before. I was half tempted to do what she suggested. But instead walked out to my car. As I got in I saw her standing in the door watching me get into my car making sure I left I guess. Not sure why she needed to walk me out. I will never be stopping at this Qt again. I'm just glad I didn't have a small child with me that really couldn't have held it.

Simply needed cash back which I stated right away when making purchase instead I end up with I drink I only got for cash back and no cash back because the clerk didn't listen so now I can't do cash back because I don't have enough money Qt can clean up the drink I just smashed on the floor
