Place is expensive. Paid $15 for my cup. I got the cheesecake flavor yogurt and it didn’t taste like cheesecake, it was nasty.

This place has gotten outrageously overpriced. 2 cups of froyo with hardly any toppings for $40 is insane. Won't be choosing this place again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Welp I'd never thought I would be spending 43 dollars on 2 cups of frozen yogurt with barely any toppings. Might I add they don't do fruit anymore. Super expensive! Lost my business!

It's been awhile since we came here. The quality of the dessert has definitely dropped while the price has gone up.I tried a couple samples and didn't like any of the options. Ultimately went for a safe mint/vanilla combo. Disliked it enough to not finish despite having paid more than expected. The counter and tables were clean.Editing to respond to the business. The flavor was Irish Mint, I'm not sure why that is a point of contention. If your ingredients are actually the same, I'll write that off as my tastes changing.Best of luck in your business pursuits.

This establishment provides a great source of family fun! Bringing together frozen yogurt, ice cream, and an assortment of drinks. VERY PRICEY. The place is overall clean and has awesome customer service. The two workers that that i got to meet gave me such an exciting experience ( the short 5'0 blonde girl had a great attitude) so much so!! that i gave her a $50 tip. ( btw she's my ex's best friend) I luv this place 10/10 would recommend to any nearby source

The flavors you would expect to be together, such as pineapple and coconut, were in different machines, so they could not be blended. There were no fruit toppings, only artificial flavor balls, which didn't look appetizing at all. Then, the prices were high. We won't be back.

The ice cream and yogurt were inedible and they would not refund our money

The prices just keep going up and up- I thought the increase in groceries was bad. we love frozen yogurt but two yogurts with toppings for $20 is too much. On top of that, the cashier was missing for awhile so we couldn’t try anything- sample cups are behind the counter and we had to wait to pay then they ask for a tip. For what?! It usually has a strong bleach smell in there which I guess is a good sign that they clean but it’s not appetizing. Not sure we will be back for awhile unless they offer smaller cups or lower prices.

I recently visited Razzleberriez Frozem Yogurt and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I put the cheesecake ice cream, but to my dismay, it was rotten and inedible.I immediately informed the manager about the issue, and despite throwing away the ice cream, I was charged for a replacement. When I questioned this decision, the manager seemed uninterested and repeatedly promised to "check it."This lack of accountability and customer service left me deeply disappointed. I believe that when a customer receives spoiled food, it should be replaced without hesitation, especially when it's pointed out immediately. My visit to Razzleberriez was marred by this incident, and I hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously to ensure better experiences in the future.

Their prices have gone way through the roof! For two of the smaller cups that weren't even full and, had no toppings was about $23!!! I understand the whole inflation issue throughout the U.S. but, this is pure greed! There never seems to be more than one employee there at any given time so, it can't be for the labor. There's no cooking involved l, just dumping liquid into a machine that does the work for you. Paper goods haven't gone up that much so, the money must just be lining the owners pockets. I won't be going back unless the prices go way down!
