I have occasionally ate there throughout the years and no comparison to our last visit. The food and server was exceptional. I experienced Red Robin best!Kid-friendliness: The children made a choice for their drinks and decided they did not like it. The server did not have a problem with a providing new drinks. He was polite and he expedited the request.

In a rare outing these days, I left the choice up to my SO, and she wanted to try RR as she never has been. I've not been to a RR in a good while, so I said sure. We were both a bit dubious as most everywhere we've eaten out at has been relatively to highly disappointing since Covid, but I've never really had a bad experience in the past here either.I was pleasantly surprised that even for a late service around 9 on a week day that service was great, food was quick, and was honestly the best hamburger I've had in a long time. The endless sides were also great, something else you don't really see anywhere now too.My opinion of restaurants and fast food in particular is overall negative now to the point we rarely eat out, pick up, or deliver. Normally I would ask "how hard is it to screw up a hamburger?" facetiously, but these days it is painfully obvious it isn't hard. It seems impossible for most places to find staff to put any effort into a job anymore, it shows most everywhere, but I'm glad RR has managed to buck the trend.

I go to Red Robin every year for my birthday- I used to go to the Olympia, WA location but recently moved to Peoria so we went here for my birthday. Every year when I go to Red Robin, they sing and bring me ice cream. Told them today when we first came in that it is my birthday. The hostess said "oh, happy birthday". Restaurant was fairly empty, not busy at all. The manager was even going around to tables to check on customers herself. We got drinks, ate, paid our bill, even asked for boxes to let them know we were getting ready to leave. Nobody said a word. Nobody sang. Nobody got ice cream. Never returning to this location again.

The quality of food has really dropped off, yet prices have risen. And they charge for extra anything. 2 burgers, 2 chicken wraps, upgrade to veggies, and onion rings for 2 of them.4 Ice teas, all for over $110. Should have gone to Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. I chose YOUR restaurant out a UNIVERSE of choices. Followed precisely the website order system and created my burger. DROVE to pick it up to an absolute disaster.I Ordered a "pink" inside Whiskey BBQ burger with EVERYTHING (including BBQ sauce) on the side so it wouldn't get soggy in transit and extra crispy fries...Get home and there is a non melted slab of cheese stuck to a hockey puck of a burger, patty slathered in BBQ sauce with NO other hamburger toppings that accompanied that burger in the bag. Fries included in the same to go container were cold and cooked for a total of one year- just totally disintegrated when I bit into it. Extra fries on side in cardboard container were not cooked extra crispy as designated but were undercooked, cold and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed. I called to speak to manager, albeit he was nice he blamed it all on the website configuration. So, if you know it is a problem why are you not fixing it the back of the house? He refunded my money after I asked him but I don't feel he tried to retain any loyalty I might of had to RR which is now NONE. ? To a response that will be to this review underneath, no I will not contact guest services so you can make it right- that should of happened when I called that night, just after I threw the entire meal away...

Wendy, the hostess, is the main reason I will be a repeat customer. In a world where nobody takes pride in their work anymore, Wendy is a shining light. She has a wonderful personality. She, cares about the customer's experience. She didn't make me feel rushed. Yet, she had a sense of urgency to help other customers. Her time management skills are wonderful. You should do everything you can to keep her around. You should recognize her and show her appreciation. You should use her as an example for all other employees and managers to follow. Employees and managers should strive to perform at Wendy's high level. I haven't been to this location in a while because the service never struck me as incredible. But with someone like Wendy here, I'm away more inclined to come back. Mariela, the server, was very professional, friendly, and attentive. She made my dining experience very nice.

Great burgers. The commercials set place up for failure to meet service standards as it is shown with servers bringing bottomless fries. Our server didnt even check on us without asking. That said they had vinegar for my fries. One of the best mushroom swiss burgers I have ever tried. Good with and without A1 sauce.

I cannot rate the food because I did not get to eat. Let me put it this way…once I entered the restaurant I waited to be seated. A couple of the staff just looked at me and kept walking. Nobody said hi nor good afternoon…nothing. Crickets! Then I went to sit at the bar. There was no one tending the bar at the moment, but I knew it was open because there were people there. Alas! Someone went behind the counter and I thought they were coming to ask me if I would like a drink and a menu but instead, they grabbed a glass, filled it up from a beer tap, then walked away without even asking me if I’ve been helped. I hope somebody from this particular Red Robin will read this and feel ashamed. But I doubt they will because I have a feeling this is how they treat customers at red Robin restaurants. I’ll never set foot in one again!
