I tried the salmon bowl. Not a fan. I've had other things and they were much better. I ended up eating chips and salsa, I threw the salmon away. Very dry and tasteless.They have a great salsa bar. Lots of choices.

The portion sizes are way too small the shrimp taco's were bland and drowning in sauce, there prices are thru the roof.. The condiment bar was nearly empty, and the place was slow so there was no excuse.

Our lunch was OK. The service was OK. Several tables and the floor were dirty. The last time we went, the food was great and the resentment was clean, but this time it wasn't quite the same.Vegetarian options: They have Impossible crumble as a protein option.

Ignacio/manager needs to learn some management 101. Forgot my tortilla soup, no big deal. Called for refund. He basically said I was liar and that it was in there. Gave 5 stars for the food because it was good…lol.

Ordered through the app. Food took an extra 15 min beyond the predicted pick up time. Customize requests were all ignored. Requested 4 shrimp tacos to exclude all toppings, only include shrimp & tortilla. All 4 came fully loaded. I used the free salsa order option, these were missing from my order. When I mentioned to the clerk my slasas were missing, she said I could use the salsa bar to fill my own.As for the food quality, I agree with other reviewers, bland. No layers of flavor, too many like texture ingredients. The guacamole, Chipotle cream, and beans make for a blob mixed with shredded cabbage. Overtakes the shrimp, doesn't taste like a "fresh" bite in both the tacos & burritos. A plus - they don't skimp on the portions.While i waited, there was 30 min left until close. The cashiers were telling walk-in customers if they placed an order it would be finished after closing time, if they wanted to wait.On the bright side, the employees were very nice and good spirited. They weren't turning customers away, just being honest.
Love taco Tuesday! The fish tacos are outstanding! I alternate between the fish tacos and chopped chicken salad each time.

Slowest Rubios in AZ...It will take forever to get your order..I waited precisely 25 mins for couple of burritos..no rush hour..hardly 5-6 customers.

Not sure how the Mango bowl was a "Joke", my taste buds say " Amazing ". Guess it comes down to your own tastes. Just had the Cilantro lime quinoa bowl. Fantastic. Again, it says what's in it, so if you don't like those ingredients, than its not for you. But I do, and it's delicious. So mad our store in Surprise shut down. They said they're coming back. I'll be waiting on pins and needles. Love this place. One of my top 10 to eat at. Update 2/20/24: tried the new Guajillo Shrimp taco, fantastic. Also, Sydney, one of the counter staff, is a wonderful find for you guys. She is pretty much the essence of customer service. She realized im on Keto, so she suggested the keto friendly cheese tortilla for my tacos. Didn't even know they did this. Good job Sydney

1st time trying this chain. It's ok. The food isn't bad. I had a shrimp burrito. If the rest of the menu is as average as this then yeah, it's OK. Seemed pricey for what you get but everything is crazy expensive now so who knows anymore. I'm not sure I'd go back. I literally hate the begging for tips thing on the credit card screen at fast food places. That alone will probably keep me from going back. I didn't hate it. But totally not impressed.Basic fast food type atmosphere. You order at the counter and take your number. They bring your food on disposable dinnerware and you clear your own table.
