If I could give it a -0 I would. The service was horrible, we literally waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the front and take our order. Then that wasn’t pleasant. The food took about 30 minutes to get to the table, god forbid I asked for a ranch for my onion rings when it clearly says it comes with ranch. This was our first and last time coming here! These employees are so rude, if you don’t like your job, find another. The wait for the food wasn’t a problem, it was the attitude that came in the side!

Best burgers in town. So many options to choose from. They are so refreshingly different and tastier than larger chains.
Nice and clean location. Food was a bit of a wait, but that could be due to the time we went. The bathroom doors wouldn't open, so I went to a nearby store to wash my hands.
Burger was just okay. Burger had no seasoning, nothing but red onions, bun tasted old!! Fries were hard and over cooked, as well as the onion rings were burnt. 35 dollars for mediocre food. Wouldn't be going back. Waited a while for messed up food! They living off they name, not the quality of food!

First time ever tried Smash Burger and really liked the taste of it.
There were no lines and no other customers for dine-in on 01/27/24. Got 2 Colorado burgers with black bean patty & 1 Avocado burger with black bean patty. I confirmed before paying the order due to religious reason we don't eat meat/beef. The order was made incorrect. I went back to same guy at register; he said 'technical issues' and talked to someone inside. Waited 3-5 minutes still no answer and follow up. I went back to ask our food was getting cold. He said we are out of green chiles, spicy mayo, and others. Our burgers were cold by now, fries soggy, etc.no communication what so ever letting us know of certain items for burgers were not available. No offer for substitution. my daughter commented 'she doesn't want to come back'. we finished what we had and left. I would not go back to this location. There was no offer of substitution etc. poor customer service. I would like my money back as I paid $33.Vegetarian options: Black Bean Patty

Just ordered the Double Bacon Smash and fries. The service was good, the burger was good and the fries were excellent. Two complaints I had, I prefer iceberg over Romain lettuce (but didn’t drop it a star), but the burger was very greasy. It was still good, but a little more greasy than I would like.

Not sure of the other locations but the one in happy valley and lake pleasant it’s not what it uses to be ( the menus were 100 times better before and service aswell ) got my burgers all burned , cold and buns like they were 3 days old , either the owner changed or this location is in decline in service/ quality of foodI don’t recommend them anymore unless they start having good quality food

Well, I don't know where to start. As soon as we walked in it felt like it was 90 degrees hot! I know it's winter but 90 degrees? I told the server and she said there was nothing she could do because the thermostat was not working. (I felt sorry for the poor girl to have to work in such an environment). Then the food came. The onion rings were an over-cooked, brown mess, (unlike the ad on the wall where the picture shows them golden light brown.)The hamburger wasn't bad (seriously it was good), it had bacon, a burger patty and brisket. Overall my experience did not compel me to return. I'm giving it 3 stars because I am sure some of you like your burger patties smashed. I don't, but I wanted to experience a smashed burger.
