went for some bevs and the person taking orders at the drive through was really rude than when we got to the window to pay she was laughing at us and seemed to be making fun of my friends teeth while we complained about the service. she said the person taking orders was ricky and the person at the window laughing at us her name was chloe.

Sauces are never delivered in the correct amount. Service is lacking, will order and sit at window for 7 minutes before anyone says anything, then takes 5 minutes to process payment. I'm sad they got rid of the morning drink price. Iced tea should not be charged for a slice of lemon. I understand charging for additional sauces but I do not understand charging for swapping sauces, ie pretzel chz for honey mustard.In all honesty, I like the mozzarella sticks. I like the marinara, the ranch, the honey mustard, the pretzels, the corn dogs, the hot dogs, the iced tea, the ice... But inconsistency, bad service , and random up charges make it hard to be happy.

As a regular customer, I have always appreciated Sonic for its quality and service. However, my recent experience was disappointing and prompted me to bring this to your attention.Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was met with a significant delay. I waited for 2-3 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Understanding that busy periods can occur, I patiently waited, but the lack of initial response was concerning.When I was finally attended to, I gave my order, then a staff member(a different one than the one who spoke first) informed me that their headset had died. While I understand technical issues can happen, the subsequent interaction was frustrating. After giving my order for the second time, the staff member asked me to repeat it again. Throughout this interaction, the employee was extremely quiet and slow, making it difficult to ascertain if my order was being understood or recorded correctly.The communication was unclear, and it seemed like my order was not being taken properly. Feeling uncertain and dissatisfied with the service, We decided to leave and visit the McDonald's next door.I believe that efficient and clear communication is key to customer satisfaction, especially in a drive-thru setting. I hope this feedback helps in improving the service quality at your location. I look forward to seeing positive changes and would like to continue patronizing Sonic in the future.Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. ⭐⭐⭐Sonic: where average meets cruising vibes. The experience? It’s alright. The workers, pretty cool, but didn’t quite hit turbo mode in terms of service. The food? Decent, hitting the middle of the road. What’s missing? That extra spark of going beyond the usual. Despite the casual cool of the staff, it’s an average affair without any bells and whistles. On the flip side, the drive-in setup adds a nostalgic touch to your meal. For a standard pit stop with chill workers and an average fare, Sonic rolls in at a solid three-star rating. ???

Disgusted. Over fried chicken tenders and stay away from their Buffalo sauce. It's pumped into a clear container. There was a black, circular hair in it. Not clean. Defintely taking chances if you decide to eat in your dark car. Luckily I took mines home and saw how gross it really is.

Pull-up ordering speakers are broken in almost every stall, your chicken slinger that cost $3 is a joke it's barely bigger than my key fob. And looks like it's all leftover

Do NOT let your kids work here! Horrible place, horrible management. A guy called my child a motherfucker daily, talked down to them and stopped scheduling them..with zero communication..just no more schedule for months. Sonic is banned in this house and hopefully i can save your loved one from being treated badly by letting you know that they WILL treat them badly. Whar a gorrrrrid experience for a child and their first job. Shame on you guys and your unprofessionalism. You have torn a persons confidence down and as a parent I will share to prevent you from doing it to other children.

This Sonic location has greatly improved in accuracy from a few years ago. Food is good, hot, orders have been correct and served with a smile. We always get a variety of foods. All have been great. Except the hot dogs. I still avoid the hot dogs...lol.

Like most places as of lately, service has gone down hill. I mean it’s the C crew at all times. Bunch of high school drop outs that steal food from family orders. There phone system never works so good luck calling them back. If you want a melted slush or a partial order this is the place for you, however if you’re seeking a family dinner option, look elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service. My orders are always correct. I highly recommend their chili cheese tots with onions added. There's plenty of parking spaces available.
