Over the past year the Quality of service at this location has taken a huge dive. It’s unfortunate because it is a very convenient location for me. I just went through the drive thru with my partner, a former SBuks barista. We pulled up to the window and were ignored for a full 2 minutes + by 3 employees chatting and playing in their phones. I watched one. Working the coffee machine, handle a cup putting her fingers in the INSIDE then putting shots into it. When we expressed our frustration, there was no apology only defensiveness, back talk, rude behavior and rationalization. We will be going to other locations from now on.

If an old blonde lady named Linda is working don’t plan on your order being right. Went to this one for about 5 months straight with no issues. Then she started working more. I no longer go to this one.

The baristas are absolutely fantastic here! Love their personalities, their exceptional service and their good spirit! I've never had a negative experience with any of them. However, the store manager of this location makes you feel quite suffocated when you walk in... I don't sense any sincerity in her demeanor and have tried to be genuine with her... For example, she'll ask how you're doing and then walks away immediately before you can respond.. Thanks for checking in..? Kind of strange, in my opinion, I'd rather go in drive thru and skip encountering her fake interest. Either way, the baristas are great! Very fun and they seem to have a great dynamic with one another and their music choice is top tier! Love 'em!

Best starbucks location I have encountered in a long time. I live near a different one but I will continue to drive to this one instead. Hands down best quality, they always get it right and the people are so nice ! There is a guy and his apron says "military" idk if it's active or vet or what but I adore him, he's so nice !!!!

I don't get Starbucks. I was having a tough day. I thought I would treat myself to an expensive, super great coffee. Nope. Every time I go into this Starbucks, they have new baristas. Every time, new people working there. No consistency. I ordered a Grande cold brew vanilla sweet cream with extra sweet cream. I was charged $1.25 for an extra shot of cream. Service was ok. She took my order and I waited. I was on my way to work so I had to get moving. I grabbed my drink and went on my way. I was driving to work and took my first drink. Ugh! Order was wrong! No vanilla sweet cream. No extra shot of vanilla sweet cream. I paid almost $7 for a 12oz coffee drink. Are you kidding me? Never again. I'll get my 32oz iced coffee next door at McDonald's for $2.19. Done with this location of Starbucks.

Horrible idea for the franchise to putOne in such a small parking lot one way in one way out and people are so aggressive with out their starbies it's insane they will cut you off and block you from pulling out and talk to you like it's your fault for being stuck and it's everyday! Horrible location

The way I spent nearly $10 for this BS. I'm sick of Starbucks charging exorbitant prices for the baristas to legit hand me a crappily done drink with a straight face. The fact that this is what I was handed (haven't even taken a sip yet). Teach your baristas how to do cold foam (which was an extra $1.50) and make a proper matcha. I also waited 25 mins in line for this lol it's just ridiculous how often this occurs.

I'm just going to get this out there... I don't really care for Starbucks. Don't get me wrong, I still go from time to time, but if I'm looking for a standout coffee drink, I'd much rather spend my money at a coffee joint like Elevate coffee, but I digress...Let's start with the parking. It's the worst parking lot for a Starbucks I've ever seen. There's very little space and it's shared by several other businesses. Parking at this Starbucks is not even really an option in peak time.The service is pretty average, not particularly bad or good. Most of the time the staff is pleasant enough.The drinks are fine, but again, nothing too extraordinary. I love a good chai drink but Starbucks is literally the worst for chai. A good frappe can be had and I think their refreshers are decent. The coffee is, well, adequate.This is a half decent choice if your favorite coffee joint is several miles further away.The truth is, I can go next store to Micky Ds for a half decent coffee on the cheap.

Couldn't help but notice the floor was absolutely filthy here, and considering we've had no measurable rain for something like 147 days, not sure why it looked so bad. There were shoe prints in the thick dust/dirt everywhere. Unfortunate. Also the heavy metal music playing was a bit off-putting.

They pack your cups with ice, and then they add the liquid. Next thing you know, you are left holding a cup full of ice for which you paid $7.00

I've been to this location a few times and it is fine. The reason for the 4 star (probably closer to 3.5) review is mostly for customer service, just not very friendly or personable. Not rude or anything, just nothing special. The most recent time, however the woman helping us was super friendly. I am not a regular though, so maybe it was just an off day of the two visits that weren't anything great. The inside has a good amount of seating for the size of store. Bathrooms have been clean. I've never done the drive-thru, but their lines are super long a lot of the times. It isn't a big parking lot and can be a pain to find parking. It gets busy in that area of the parking lot.
