My family got to go Italian subs from this place. When I got home and bit into it. It was 1 thin sliced layer of meat between to thick sub rolls. I ate BREAD for dinner. This manager has NO shame. Needs a donkey kick to his head.Dietary restrictions: Dont go here

The kid that made my sandwich put no meat in the middle and when asked if he could spread it out tried to sell me another scoop. It already looked pitiful definitely the worst subway I have been too and not going back as they try to safe a buck at the customers

Come on guys. It's 11:30am on a Saturday and you have 1 poor girl working by herself? Do better. She is doing the best she can but this is ridiculous staffing. She looks so stressed with a long line AND pick up orders.

I placed an order using the Subway app for a 6" Tuna at 11:30am. My order said it would be ready at 11:50am. I arrived to the location at 12:00pm and went to the order rack and my order wasn't there. I told them I was there for an order for Jim and confirmed the address displayed on the order on the app. Sarah the manager said she didn't have an order in her system for me. I pulled up the app and order on my phone which showed a status of "Received" on the very top and contained the order info. I handed my phone to the manager Sarah Hurtado. Instead of getting the order made quickly or offering a solution she simply said again I'm not sure why but I don't have it in my system. Since I had groceries in the car I needed to hurry and while I would've thought the logically solution would be to make the order fast and get me taken care of, that wasn't offered. I only had a 6" Tuna as my entire order. I was then forced to simply go home with no lunch because of my groceries. I just had a follow up call with Sarah and when I asked her why she didn't make the sub versus wasting so much time she said because she couldn't see a date and time on the app order that was on my phone and they have issues. This transaction failed on multiple levels. BE BETTER SUBWAY!(UPDATE) After submitting my review to Subway.com for an order I was charged for and didn't receive, I received the typical template type of reply with nothing mentioning my refund. AGAIN BE BETTER SUBWAY!---------Dear Jim,I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that my managers behavior during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at this Subway® restaurant is sorry. Just picked up 2 sandwiches and found hair in them. The gal that prepared the sandwiches had her hair loose all over her face with no hat or hair net on. She used the same gloves to prepare the sandwiches and ring people up. Will definitely not be going back!!I knew I should have walked out when seeing that.

Sarah is a master artisan of sandwich making ? ? ❤️❤️❤️ she has made one of the tastiest sandwiches ever! The bread was crispy and warm, cheese perfectly melted with the ham, and the crisp lettuce mixed with the olives and sauces? Oh my my I was in heaven ? ? 10/10 will be coming back for my breakfast here for sure!!!!

There are numerous Subways in this State and I have eaten at most. This by far was the worst experience I've had at a Subway. When i asked for a minute so that my daughter could decide what she wants to eat the little girl behind the counter gave attitude, walked away and didn't come back. She stood in the back corner staring at us. Mind you there were no customers behind us at that time. After having my sandwich made by a different employee, I had to come back through the line again to place my daughter's order. For today 02/18/2023 -11:30am Horrible experience

Nothing like a soggy dripping stinky and I do mean STINKY tuna sub that i ordered on line going right home for my dinner. Of course i tossed it in the trash because i didnt dare chance ending up in emergency! I ordered a salad and it was hardly a salad, the small "half filled" bowl only had a few sorry looking pieces of lettuce and spinach even though I ordered extra and had mostly cucumber and peppers. It had no tomatoes nor put on my sub either. I paid for double tuna but again barely any! I had to dig to see what was stinking so bad Bwahaaaa.. what a joke! This manager needs to step up or loose all his business.. I wont be back!

I had never been to this store before. I was trying to read the menu and was rushed to hurry up. They could have given me time to decide and let the others go in front of me. Just very impatient worker.

I like gong to this place because it is usually not busy and I am in and out within 10 minutes or less. The sandwich was good and so was the service. My only complaint is that the bread was a little tough and not soft and fresh. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
