After repeated complains for the past 6 months or more, I am giving up on this Taco Bell. I would rather drive another 20 minutes round trip to go to another taco bell. Poor service, very long drive thru times, inaccurate food, food quality, and finally one of the managers verbatim comment, "I can't control what goes out there." - by that he was commenting about food through drive thru window. I wrote to corporate 3 times. Tried find the area manager's contact. Nobody every got back to me. I'm giving up.
I never write a review but this one had to. My daughter went to pick up a order for a friend, friend order online for drive thru pick up. When she arrived they told her that they did not have the order, the worker at the drive thru was nice and asked the manager if they could still make the order since he had the conformation for the order, the manager stated No since the order was not in their system. My daughter than decided to park and just go inside and make another order and repay. As she was ordering she hears the MANAGER tell one of the employee " I DON'T NO WHAT THE HELL YOUR PROBLEM IS " and continued to curse and yell the the employee. My daughter was just shocked and looked around as there was costumers sitting and eating. If this was your child or family member i would advise them to quite. No one should be treated in that manner.

Don't expect an actual person to interact with you if you walk inside to order. We go there frequently for lunch and now it has gotten to the point that even though we needed their assistance with the stupid kiosk because it froze up, they acted as if we were absolutely invisible. They weren't too busy or inept... They simply would not serve us in real time with actual human communication. It was absurd and we will NEVER go there again! We're telling as many people as possible because a place that operates like that doesn't deserve anyone's hard-earned money.

They won’t take your order and force the kiosk. I ordered an ice tea and didn’t get it. Couldn’t get someone to acknowledge me. Had to grab my own cup, ice tea is out. Once someone acknowledges me they tell me they have no ice tea. I ask for a refund and the employee turns and walks away. No one would come back to the counter.

Last night I stopped in to pick up an order I was delivering and I ordered food for myself. The drive through line was wrapped around the building and there was quite a few people inside as well. While I was waiting, this other delivery driver lady comes in and starts yelling at all the working KIDS about giving her, her order Right then! And told them she didn't care about the people in line, that they could wait and she wanted her food NOW. One of the employees told her that they couldn't do that and they would get her order to her asap and she proceeded to carry on yelling at them. The employees were very professional and continued working, didn't engage much with her as she yelled and yelled. All of the employees were teenagers and it could have been a very different situation. They did an amazing job being professional and getting customers in and out. That lady said she was going to call a manager so I hope that manager knows he has an amazing staff and that lady was crazy!

My restaurant experience was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they slam us with a higher charges for the veg chalupa, but they had the audacity to drop a freezing-cold veg Mexican pizza on our table. Asked for a replacement, and what did they bring? A beef pizza, like they couldn't care less about our specific vegetarian request. Realized their screw-up halfway into our meal, and let me tell you, it was rage-inducing. I get people make mistakes, but when it involves religious dietary stuff, there's zero excuse for this level of carelessness. Sharing this furious review, hoping the restaurant gets a wake-up call to seriously up their game in food prep accuracy and hopefully this won’t happen to someone else.
