I purchased a beef brisket platter this past Sunday night. The beef brisket had a sketchy look to it but I tried it anyway. It came with the worse bean I ever tasted. The brisket was dry and hard. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I ate less then half and just could eat the rest. Within 3 hours I had the worse stomach pains ever and ended up going to emergency room and they flushed my stomach. The worse food poisoning I've ever had. I seriously thought I was gonna die. I spent 8 hours in the emergency room. I still can't eat anything. I hope this is a wake up call to you because I was leaning on filing suit against you, the Haymaker. I'm not sure what your cooks did to the beef brisket but I think it sure merits a shut down and inspection of your facility. I may just call the health dept and show them my med records from the ER. I'm so disgusted and had to endure so much pain and agony. If I could give you a minus rating I would. First and last time ever eating at this establishment.

Really disappointed. Ordered take out French dip with coleslaw.The coleslaw was literally 1/4 cup maybe 3 bites. The sandwich was a soggy mess. The au jus wasn’t even secured in the bag and leaked everywhere. Just flat out sloppy andskimpy. I was shocked as I have ordered this in the restaurant and it was good. The take out sucked even only living 2 minutes away.

We went to this location for the first time. Service was extremely slow. It took a long time to have our order taken and way too long to receive our food. The server was nowhere to be seen most of the time, and other people had to be flagged down to ask for everything. The food was great, but the service made this visit not so great.

Pattymelt was supposed to be on sourdough...it was on white bread..onions were pretty much raw...food was cold that took 30 minutes to get.I remember why I haven't been here in 2 years...don't get much for $40... beers were cold though...sad.Help cusses alot....lol.Go to Smashburger.
