We had a reservation for 1 o'clock on Sunday. They kept telling us that somebody was sitting at the table for over an hour and a 1/2. They didn't have a table for us. We book this at open table and I got confirmation. The service was absolutely terrible. We never saw or serve, but maybe. 3 times and he kept forgetting things. He wouldn't even come back and check on us. Food was adequate. I've been coming there since you opened and never had a problem. But this last visit was absolutely terrible And they never cleaned our table off with our plates.Very disappointed.

The atmosphere here was EVERYTHING. It was so earthy and calming, within the first five minutes I was raving about how I want to bring everyone back to this location specifically. Service was excellent, food was delicious and the ambiance is unmatched. We ordered the queso and mac and cheese to start and both knocked it out of the ball park. The queso had more a smoked, pepper taste which I LOVED because it can really be hit or miss. I ordered the burger which was good, pretty standard. The hot honey chicken sandwich was amazing. Highly recommend. The French dip was chef’s kiss, loved the fusion of flavor. We ended the night with the butterscotch pudding bread topped with vanilla and wwwooowwww I could’ve demolished the entire skillet alone. All in all the experience and food in my book were a 10/10… the ONLY complaint that I had and it could be a deal breaker for some… the water was horrific. It smelled and tasted almost like sewer? I hope they address that because next time I’m going to ask that they not bring the water to the table entirely.

Wonderfully designed place, food is great. Service needs a makeover, took forever to get our drinks several times. Group of 15 and the rest of the restaurant was not overly busy.

Loved, loved, loved the atmosphere. This location's layout is the best! Great idea to have couches and lounging nooks throughout. Indoor and outdoor seating available. There's a large bar area with multiple tvs. The staff are amazing! And the food, cooked to order. There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant. For large parties, reservations are recommended.

Went for a Saturday brunch. The food was good, our waiter was on spot, and the location was nice. Will have to go back for dinner sometime to see if it makes up to the East side location.

So, I recently went to The Vig and it was a bit of a mixed experience. I made a reservation, but unfortunately, my food turned out to be undercooked. To make matters worse, the waitress didn't check in on my party for 10-20 minutes at a time, so I was just sitting there with my undercooked food pushed in front of me and staring down the waitress to be ignored. They had her working a few tables all on opposite sides/outside the restaurant. It seemed highly disorganized and unfortunately that means we got forgotten. The pork belly sliders were a letdown too, as they were flavorless. On the bright side, the restaurant itself is pretty but overall, I was disappointed with the food and service, but at least the ambiance was nice. I just don’t think the ambiance makes up for how awful my experience was.

Service started great. After a while we didn't see the server for 10-20 minutes multiple times. We were there for 3 hours and the wait added an extra 45 minutes to our stay and kept us from going to our next function. Also one dish was wrong twice. That shouldn't happen. It was an easy request.

This was our 5th time to The Vig in the last 3 months. We had friends in from out of town and we wanted to share our new 'fun" restaurant with them. Unfortunately, last night was disappointing. Even though the restaurant was almost empty service was very slow. The food was very good however, our server never came back to the table to ask if we wanted a 2nd drink. We were done with our entrees and our server came up and without asking us if we wanted anything else, perhaps another drink, dessert, or coffee she proceeded to print out the check -- all before even cleaning our dinner plates off the table. We would have lingered, had dessert, and maybe even an after-dinner drink. We paid the bill and left...with our dirty plates still on the table. Our reservation was for 6:30 on a Sunday evening and we were out by 8:00. (Posted hours are Sunday - 9am - 10pm). We certainly felt rushed and left with a lousy impression. Too bad, with all the new restaurants in the surrounding area we won't be back any time soon.

The menu did not know what it wanted to be. The seating was odd. The table was six inches higher than it should have been for the person in the booth. I'm not sure what kind of restaurant it was honestly. Do not get the shrimp and crab enchiladas they had an odd texture. I would not recommend.

Eh, Don't see what's all the hype with this restaraunt, Wife and I agreed we probably won't patronage again. Server seemed disappointed when we didn't order alcohol, nor was she attentive to our meal. The table was right next to the Hostess/front door/main thoroughfare, Wasent offered any other seating. Reservations for this dining experiance? No thanks

It was alright, Server was off doing something else, didn't ask if I wanted a refill on my coca cola, we arent alcohol drinkers, she frowned when I ordered a coke, wife had water. Food was good, don't know what ALL the hype is about needing a Reservation? Just a NEW Trendy "Hash Kitchen" type of eatery, I wasent impressed, most likely won't return, Not much "Inside Seating" wasent offered patio or even shown what they offer for dining accommodations. I predict another eatery in its place within 6 months....
