Let me start by saying we were seated right away on a Friday night, which was nice. That was about the end of the good.We were given a booth that had not been cleaned well (food on the seats and all over the floor). Took over 15 minutes to get drinks. Food came out that was incorrect (it was eventually fixed).Entire restaurant was dirty. Floors don’t look like they had been vacuumed all day with bits of food and debris everywhere. Restrooms were dirty and need of quite a lot of attention. We were charged $3.50 for a side of sour cream. I understand prices have increased, but that seems absolutely excessive, especially when we weren’t even informed about the charge until the bill came.Unfortunately we are crossing this restaurant off our list. Way too many restaurants in the area to return to one like this.

Great food and drinks , the hot salsa with chips are great . There lunch specials are my favorite. Great price too . If your a bar and sports person they have that covered too . Lots of TVs . Oh they also have heart healthy options , haven't had them but worth mentioning .

Top Shelf is a rather older type of restaurant.Wasn't immediately acknowledged when we entered, but eventually was seated. The food was okay, with large portions. I had the Enchiladas but did not like the taco with ground beef at all!Wasn't seasoned at all and tasted weird. I didn't finish it, I was disappointed by the taco because I love tacos ! Was just okay, I've had better! Waitress was very attentive and nice. Food was just ok, nothing special to write home about . My sister had the fajitas, she said it was okay. The chips and salsa was good.

I had the pleasure to try this establishment. They have unlimited chips and salsa. They have nice cold beer. Staff was good as they constantly checked on the family and I. Reminds me of a better Garcia's.

The food is great. It was my first time ever having shredded beef chimichanga that was crispy on the outside. The second time, I had the Tico Rito, and it was delicious. Chips are fresh and complimenting with salsa. The latter is like freshly made to its perfection. ? This is our new go-to place for Mexican food. It's worth trying it.
