Tried the new Cinnabon cup. The entire thing was very stale. I ordered the bag meal with a double cheeseburger. Both patties combined were small than the Jr. cheeseburger. This location has been on a steady decline in food quality

All those fast food places that are raising their prices need to take a lesson from Wendy's! Good food and great deals. Download the app and get burgers for a dollar and same goes for drinks and I got a free frosty for my birthday!

While watching them remake my cheeseburger 3 times because they screwed it up, I had to call a manager to fix it. How hard can that be to take a tomatoes off a burger and no mayo? I saw 4 different customers bringing back there food as it was wrong as well. Terrible attitudes and customer service. The Manager came out if that is what you call her and she had the demeanor of a juvenile delinquent and remade the burger herself and still got it wrong while my shake sat on the counter melting and the fish sandwich got cold waiting for a burger. This is not rocket science folks. I will never go back there it was a nightmare. It used to be great, but now it is a hot mess. No compensation ot apology offered. Nasty food and 45 minutes later....seriously

Picked up a large drive through meal for 4 people on the night of March 14th and this Wendy’s did a great job. Don’t know who was cooking tonight, but the burgers were spot on and very neatly wrapped. We were all given napkins, condiments and fork/knife, and straws — not a single missing item. Delicious and within a reasonable time frame. Thanks!

New, clean place, surrounding is yet getting developed hence street lights are not many. Also service need improvement, I ended up waiting infront of restaurant, ending up going inside , all for a drive through order.

I got food poisoning last time I ate from this Wendy’s!I know it was from there because that day I only had a protein shake for breakfast then nothing else till picking up Wendy’s for dinner! Then less than 30mins after eating it I was on the toilet or in bed for the next 2 days straight!The burger tasted fine at the time, though fries were barely room temp, almost cold. Had ate there many times before and it’s been going down hill for last couple of years. Mostly due short staffed constantly and what I assume are poor hours and wages as it would often just be teenagers with no adults working and they’d all be bickering at each other or about the company. Which has lead to about 65% of our orders being wrong over the last 2-3yrs, even more if you count forgotten condiments as an incorrect order!

Food: 2 stars - Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a BOGO Free deal for a classic chicken sandwich. Buns tasted kind of stale. Chicken patties were pretty thin. It's really nothing special. I wanted to order fries and a drink but apparently the BOGO deal doesn't work for combos. So had to remove the fries and drink. Service: 1 star - Spicy chicken sandwich combo is $9.99 with the BOGO deal it came out to be just under $15. So I asked how that math worked. The manager had to assist the guy at the window (who seemed new), and explained she had to separate the fries and drink so the deal would work - which brings the total up from $10 to $15. So I ended up removing the fries and drink and just got the two sandwiches. Not a big deal but tell me why the receipt shows they charged $1.00 for the classic chicken sandwich when the deal was BOGO Free. I'll post the Wendy's app where it shows the deal is BOGO Free, and not BOGO $1.00. And a picture of my receipt with the $1.00 charge for the sandwich. When a chain restaurant of this caliber can't even get a 2-item order correct, they don't deserve anything more than 1 star. Ambiance: N/A - Ordered at drive through. Overall: 1 star - A chain restaurant that has offers on the app but doesn't register correctly in-stores is a scam. Nobody wants to be scammed. This isn't about the $1.00 overcharge, this is about principle. Nothing personal towards the people who work there. But nobody likes to be scammed; if it's for $1,000 or for $1. A chain restaurant that serves hundreds if not thousands of orders per day, if they scam each customer $1, that adds up. Not cool Wendy's. And I see this place has a 2 star rating out of 83 reviews, so I'm sure this isn't the first time this restaurant has failed their customers. Do better Wendy's.
