Great food but they don't give you a time estimate and the wait is usually long. Not sure about regular customers, but they treat delivery drivers like they're dumb. I'm usually patient, but waiting 20 to 40 minutes for orders consistently is bad. The only way this place is good is if you order like 30 minutes early or more. They should be commonplace to get a time estimate on every single order if it's not ready. That's how the food service industry works.
