The strategic planning (Jayson King was amazing, caring, professional), competent workers, and attention to detail from the staff of the catering company made our February outdoor wedding reception a successful event. 130 people were served hot food in a timely manner keeping our guests happy. We received many compliments on the delicious pizza and flavorful signature burgers. Babs was the consistent front person in charge from start to finish with a smile, people skills, and good communication, helping wrap leftovers and shut down at the end of the night. Using Aioli Gourmet Burger as our food truck wedding service did not disappoint!

We had the Burger & Shake of the month, Rueben burger and peanut butter & chocolate shake, and they were fabulous!! Food was absolutely incredible, as always!! Only negative was when the server shared that the cook had an attitude and refused to cut our burger in half, per our request. First, we thought he forgot to cut it in half, which would have been no big deal, but when it was shared that he refused to do so. we were quite shocked. Very surprising since we've always been VERY impressed with all aspects of their service at all of their locations!! We managed to cut in our own, of course.

First off I want to say that I received incredible customer service from the crew and special thanks to Brandon for going the extra mile and doing everything in his power to make it a great experience for us. The reason I'm leaving a one-star review is because the owners have decided to become a cashless restaurant. Not only is this an invasion of every paying customer's privacy but it's also illegal. The US currency I brought in tonight says "Legal tender" and under legal tender laws you are REQUIRED BY LAW to accept it as payment under threat of fines and imprisonment. If I didn't have better things to do I'd probably file a lawsuit against this company. I'm NOT a happy camper and you embarrassed me in front of my VIP's since I had offered to buy them dinner and they had to pay because I didn't have a credit card. You may want to get into compliance before someone with more free time and nothing better to do decides to take you to Court.

First thing first, I’ve never been so excited before for a burger.. not just any burger but one that is topped off with New Mexico Hatch Chili!!!!! And you can’t forget to chase it down with a milkshake! Not only is the food good but the excellent service we received from our Server Bonnie, very well rounded lady, I can’t expression it enough how welcoming my husband and I felt.. it’s like being at home!!
