My daughter and I had, join my friend and her husband for lunch. The food was awesome, but our sever look to be more into socializing with his coworkers then helping us. Several times, I had to wave him down to get drinks refilled or anything else. Then, when paying, we split our tickets. I paid for my daughter and I, and they paid for their ticket. Come to find out. The tip was added to the tickets. This guy made close to $40.00 on our table of four. I don't have a problem tipping. I just didn't agree with the amount for the type of services we were given.

What can i say, its 2024 and you definitely dont get what you pay for anymore. We got the boil for 2.Mild is hot and flavoring is Thick paste.

I have to say this is the first time I've been so very disappointed. We usually eat in but unfortunately this time we were unable couldn't make it , I have to mention the food was very ,very disappointing. The oysters were the smallest I've ever seen, and one was so disgusting, I can't believe they added it in my order. So sad, so disappointed. We will never go back. Rather drive further for better food. We give it zero star.

So I’ve been coming to this location for years and last 3x have been not up to par. Twice had server named Ayden. He bypassed our table multiple times we ordered food with our drinks. I watched him refill multiple other tables and kept bypassing ours. He did this last time as well. Watching him interact with other tables we always get off service from him. We got old sausages and couple taters undercooked. So with service and food I doubt we will be back.

Hands down the best location in Phoenix! Shoutout to Kay for being an exceptional server. She always fills my drink exactly when I need another one and remembers my order when I come in. I have a closer angry crab, but I always come to this one because of her service. She really is the best.

After the first visit, she had already memorized our drinks, food, and special requests. My husband and father-in-law and I come here often but we only come on the days she works bc of how GREAT her service is. We prefer this location over the other ones we’ve attended over the years. ?
