Barros is my favorite pizza place. This location has dramatically gone down hill. My last visit every table in the side room was covered in dirty plates, trash, etc. There was plenty of staff. I was told the pizza would be brought out but after waiting I had to go to the front to ask. They were already handing out slices of the pizza I ordered to other guests and never brought me mine. Food is great but environment definelty a 1 star. I'd be ashamed to be that manager.

Hi peeps if you are trying to come for dinner rethink think that we recently tried to go on 417 the attitude of the cashier as we walked in my family of four at 9pm to be exact we got in line and as we did the cashier just nodded his head as he didn't want to serve us and was hesitant didnt appreciate that at all So we felt as if we did something wrong so we just walked out decided not to go after all since we seemed to be bother some to him I think I think we will make the one off Thunderbird are place to go from now on they are so very nice and very prompt with their service should have went there instead

The specialty pies are all excellent. Even their ravioli is great; you'd be hard-pressed to find a menu item that isn't delicious.The only reason I gave service a 4/5 is because it seems that even a mild rush of customers sets them back significantly. I've waited nearly an hour many times when there were maybe 3 customers ahead of me. Maybe they're just understaffed.

Ordered through their website at 5:02pm. Said it would take 25mins to make. Showed up around 5:45pm and it still wasn't ready. I waited until nearly 6:30pm for a single pizza, bread, and a sandwich. Only to find out its been ready and sitting in a warmer since 5:40pm. The workers didn't even check to see if it was in there and automatically said it was still being made. I waited for nearly an hour for food that was already ready. The warmer made it gummy and a horrible texture and the sandwich I ordered looked like it was chucked into the box at random. Half the sandwich wasn't even in the bread. Horrible experience and horrible resolution skills, they offered nothing to fix or make up for their mistake.
I was with my Grandson; they were polite, friendly, and fast. They spoke both Spanish and English, which is an excellent service to offer.

You get an excellent variety of food options for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Delicious food in a clean, family friendly and casual setting. With staff that are happy to make things right if need be. A solid choice for pickup, delivery or dine in. My family and friends have been going to Barro's for years.Vegetarian options: Barro's has enough vegetarian options and selection to satisfy my significant other's dietary preferences. This place is sooooooo Good. The wings and the pizza are the best part. every time i go i eat so much and eat all of my food crumb on my plate! i’m from texas and this the 1st good pizza place i tried in Arizona so far. this is my go to pizza place because its good every time. and the cinnamon breadsticks are so good ima order it every time now! in summary the whole place is a 9/10 only because, their pasta not the best. buttt everything else is amazing wonderful.
