Lovely atmosphere, friendly, helpful servers that love their job. Pizza was off the hook. It was a very thin crust but flavorful and delicious. My mouth is watering from thinking about it. Salad was fresh and inventive.Our server was so sweet and attentive. She was smiling and cheerful. Conversational but not intrusive.We were sharing a meal with an old friend that lives nearby. We are thankful he recommended this restaurant because this was a perfect dining experience from beginning to end! We all left with a happy heart and tummy.

Unique pizza combinations! Every pizza we have tried here was so delicious. And sitting outside, you have a lovely view of Piestewa peak (I think).

The Smelly Date pizza was excellent, they topped it with a lot of arugula. I love arugula. The Berry Cobbler was a well worth the splurge also it was enough for three of us to split.
We are visiting from Chicago and looking for a good pizza place. I picked Base Pizza after reviewing several restaurants on Yelp and am glad I did. My wife, sister-in- law ordered the Buratta pizza, a Caesar salad and a bottle of wine. Everything was excellent. We ordered the berry cobbler for dessert, leave room for this. Our server was friendly and attentive. The ambience of the restaurant is dark and noisy. I recommend Base Pizza and we will definitely return on our next visit to Phoenix.

Base Pizzeria is a great location. Awesome place for locals and for visitors. The pizza options are unique and delicious!! The salads are also different and delicious!! I absolutely love the bourbon cocktail. We love to sit on the patio when the weather is nice and look at the view of the mountain. We love Megan, the owner..... We suggest trying Base!!

Had the Brussels Sprouts which were on point Skinny Pig Pie which is always a treat Staff is awesome as expected and the Date Cake is simply one of my favorite desserts and I am not a big sweet/ dessert person

Pizzas are very good, but over priced. You need to go on Tuesdays when they are half priced. Avoid the over priced salads, most lack any flavor. The desserts are unremarkable as well.Be sure to order early if you want to do take out, otherwise they will say they have too many ‘reservations’ to do a pizza for take out.

Ok. Now I won't go back. I sent them a private message and I never got a response. The pizza has gone way downhill. They used white cheddar instead of mozzarella on the sweet and spicy snag. The sausage tasted like ground beef. Use sliced Schreiners like everyone else. You charge enough. Do yourself a favor and go to the Parlor. Also, our waitress (who we did not recognize so she must be new) was horrible. Parlor from now on.
this is one of those rare family-owned restaurants that just gets it. amazing fresh organic ingredients, reliable yet playful menus, cozy ambience with the best non-resort patio view in Phoenix, and service that makes you feel at home every time.

This is our favorite pizza place. Phoenix has so many great and famous pizza spots and Base is one of them. The owner and staff are friendly and make the experience special every time.

Base has unique, and flavorful combinations. They are always finding new and fun creative specials every time we go. We loved the "Mark Truffalo"combo last night e.g.. There's a nice wine list and craft beers to go along with them. The place has a great vibe and friendly servers. They are very attentive to their customers.
