Love the Blended Caramel iced coffee! Drive thru was quick and staff were kind! Will definitely be back!

Drinks, food, and service were great! I have been twice now and both times got the better breakfast sandwich and the best drink ever. The second time I got the best drink ever with half of the sweetener which was great! Looking forward to trying more of the menu! The pastries looked delicious!

The parking lot here is a bit chaotic but you're in and out fast. The staff is friendly and welcomes you when you're ordering by giving their favorites from the menu. It is on the pricier end for breakfast as my spouse and I orders two breakfast items, two coffees and a croissant and spent around $45.00. But the coffee was flavored well. We had an iced horchata latte & mazapan cold brew that was nutty and yummy! This coffee spot is trendy and efficient. If it were down the street from my house this would be my new go too. Great place to get your buzz!

Cute new coffee shop located off Glendale and 7th st(right next to the Wells Fargo) I had the snickerdoodle iced latte and it was tasty! They have a ton of food options so I plan on going back to give that a shot. If you don't know what to get just tell the staff what you typically like and they will give a great recommendation with a friendly smile

Crew is amazing and always on the buzz! They have great personalities and always give great recommendations I think I've tried almost every drink almost! So excited Better Buzz is in AZ!

Great service everyone is super nice and welcoming, Cheyanne is the best. It was my first time trying better buzz she gave me so many recommendations on what to drink and what to get for food and everything was a hit. Will definitely be recommending this location and will be coming back again.

Boy I wish I could have say this place rocked my world but unfortunately it's not really all that different than any other coffee place. They really didn't pick the best location in the world so it gets very busy and cramped. I have been to the location in San Diego and I would say the quality is good, but from an everyday it's just not practical and the value is not quite there. The service is good and they work hard to produce !! Great job to this store team trying to keep up with the "new" location business !

I've only stopped at the drive thru so no idea of the inside but the coffee and food left something to be desired. I ordered the cinnamon caramel cream cold brew and a ham and cheese breakfast croissant. First the prices are definitely higher than most of the coffee shops I frequent, it was almost $19 for these two items. Once I made it to the window I was handed a cold brew..but no caramel cream. When I confirmed this was my coffee, the employee tells me they ran out of what they needed to make the cold foam to top it. My sandwich came in a plastic container. I accepted the food and drink and drove about 5 minutes home. The coffee was fine - nothing really special, it tasted pretty run of the mill. The sandwich was disappointing. It was supposed to be toasted, but because of being in a plastic container, the residual heat and moisture basically steamed the croissant, so certain parts of it were gummy and gooey instead of flaky and crisp. Overall definitely not worth the prices they're charging, especially when they don't notify you they're out of ingredients and neither the food nor the coffee were better than anything you could get across the street at Starbucks. I likely won't be back.

I was so excited to see Better Buzz open up a location here in Phoenix! I love the location in San Diego so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, it did not taste the same.. I ordered the horchata latte and it was really bland? I couldn't really taste the horchata flavor. The store just opened a month ago so maybe they need more time to get situated

One thing about Starbucks is they greet you immediately when you enter their establishment! Love that friendly service!!I went to this spot and let me tell you I won’t be back… service sucks… cashiers needs training on customer service … Decided not to order and walked out due to lack of acknowledgment..

Very overrated. The lack of cleanliness and disorganization behind the counter is such a terrible experience. Employees are rushing to prepare the orders and it shows due to coffee running down the side of the cup.

Excited to try something something new in the caffeinated beverages world. Unfortunately I can't say whether the actual coffee is good, great or bad. Here's why: As the store is still brand spanking new, the drive-through line was backed-up into Glendale Ave yesterday (03/23). Went earlier the next day and finally made it into the on-site line. The problem is, they have folks taking orders before you reach the menu board, so I just ordered what I could see on the specials. Made a mistake in ordering a marzipan cold brew, that was actually mazapán cold brew - at least I know what mazapán is now! I also got an almond croissant. Both items coming out to just over $10. Meh. Here's the thing. The almond crossiant had 'zero' filling. The only almond flavor coming from the almond flakes on top. It was clear the pastry had been pulled from a cold cabinet and was unfortunately very bready and devoid of flavor. Considering the price, you may as well walk over to Safeway and buy the same but cheaper and fresher. And then the drink. Interesting flavor. The mazapán is a sweet toasted nut affair, (so I read), and is separated from the cold brew when it first comes out. 10 mins later and it's all mixed in but just tasted like a mix of crème and sugar. The think that irked me the most was that despite being cold brew, there was just zero caffeine kick to it. Better Buzz? No. No buzz. Nothing at all. 3 stars because it's 'okay'. I'll be back for seconds and different food and drink. But at this moment in time, it's just a copycat Dutch Bros to me.

Mediocre at best. Ordered a sandwich with coffee and it was clearly microwaved . Hard as a rock turkey with cheese on bread... no pesto aioli. I am a bit of a coffee snob so I won't rate the coffee...but my husband likes the sweet drinks so that's why we go every once in a while. Not a fan of the place . There are way better local coffee shops in the central Phx area with delicious food . This is a suped up McDonalds
