My brother went there he is a regular has been going there since it opened since he actually enjoys the coffee and finds it better tasting than Starbucks. However this particular day 02/11/24 he went for his regular coffee and ordered once the next lady came to his car (he went through the drive thru) to charge him she looked him up and down left and then another lady came up to him and told him he had to leave. This left him astounded as to he knows most of the workers who have been there for a long time these two girls were new and he asked why, if he did anything wrong. His main concern was if he made a girl uncomfortable since he never engaged in any physical touch since he's been going he doesn't engage in any long conversation usually only small talk. When he asked what was wrong and why he was being refused service the lady told him to leave or she would call the cops he got nervous and didn't want to cause a disturbance so he left but has since been wondering why that happened. Most of the workers know him by name and engage in small talk so this was very unusual and made him feel bad about the situation always wondering why he wasn't able to get his usual coffee.

I work as a doordash driver so I'm here fairly often. The service here is usually pretty great! Today wasn't great though. When I went up to the window to pick up my delivery, I was ignored. They saw me walk up, gave me eye contact, and ignored me. I decided to go through the drive thru. I figured they were just cold. I was ignored there too. When I made it to the window, I was greeted like I was a pest. I noted one of the girls was wearing the bottoms of a bikini and a zipper hoodie. I've been told that this is a uniform/branding thing in the summer time, but it was around 5/6 am while it was 45 out. I'd also like to note that both girls looked like minors. Other than this concerning experience, my times getting orders there have been fantastic

I have been coming to bikini beans for well over a year now and I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! They are AMAZING! The ladies there (and the 1 male) are absolutely phenomenal. They are all always so kind and brighten my day. I still remember the first time I stopped by and they rang some bell and all cheered around my car. It was super sweet and fun. I appreciate the staff there so much. Also, THE DRINKS! My gosh, all are so good! They always make sure you love your drink and if you don't they make sure to make you one that you will. Highly recommend this establishment over Dutch Bros or Starbucks.
I am not normally one to complain especially here, and every OTHER time I've been has been the best as far as service, atmosphere and drinks.But this time on november 24 at 2:20pmThe 2 girls working were too busy gossiping about their 7 year failed relationship to tell us which drinks were which or Ask if they were okay. It just was a very off putting experience and I was really disappointed.But to add again ITS USUALLY AMAZING EVERY OTHER WORKER IS ATTENTIVE, PERSONABLE, ETC. THEY MAKE AMAZING DRINKS AND CARE IF THEY COME OUT BAD.
