Nick was amazing!!! I’ve been to this bar a few times and have enjoyed it each time. This most recent visit absolutely blew away my expectations. Nick was truly putting on a masterclass in bartending. He took so much pride in his work, and was so personable. He recommended the perfect drinks and made them better than I could have imagined. Go to this bar!! Ask for Nick!!! You will be glad that you did.

Been a staple favorite place for years, and was so happy to see the brought back the old food menu! The green chili mac with chicken and Korean nachos are my two hands down favorite items on the menu.The staff is always warm and inviting and welcoming with giant hugs and big smiles for us long time customers. Kenzie and Lauren are the best, love them!!

Bitter and Twisted is an amazing experience! The cocktail menu is extensive beyond words and the bartenders are fabulous, especially Nick who took the time to explain the spirit forward drinks…this is a must visit place!

We had such a great time here. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. They had a very cool cocktail list. There were a lot to choose from and our waitress/ owner was so sweet and helpful. We ordered a bunch of appetizers. The fish tacos were delicious! We had an amazing time here and can't wait to go back!

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Bitter & Twisted twice this week, and we had a great experience both times. The atmosphere was wonderful, with beautifully appointed surroundings, perfect for a cocktail lounge. The menu was detailed and balanced great depth with easy accessibility. Most refreshing was the availability of non-alcoholic alternatives to many of the drinks on the menu. The hospitality and service were exceptional, and our server, Lauren, was perfect -- polite, ingratiating, knowledgeable, warm, and energetic. We would come back just to have her serve us again! We will definitely return to Bitter & Twisted next time we're downtown.

Our first time at Bitter and Twisted. Arrive early for a deep dive of the cocktail menu. Super fun place to hang before any event downtown or to take guests visiting from other places. As the only person left to use binoculars at a concert Ross answered my email promptly and helped me to get them back. Very rare to have customer service like that. Big shout out to Ross! Really appreciate it. We will be back soon! Customer service is everything and so is word of mouth. Judy P

Annoyed at the pretentious manner we were greeted with. We asked if we could sit at the bar. There were 12 empty bar seats and our party was a group of 4. The hostesses said they don't seat more than 2 at the bar (debatable policy, but I understand) and said we could go to other bars that would seat 4. We promptly left. Would have stayed without that snide comment. This used to be a welcoming place. We would come here on every visit to Phoenix. Last 2 visits have been a steady decline in both service and drink quality. They have become a little too full of themselves living off an early gained reputation and slowly driving it into the ground.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. We were served by Calina and she was so personable it felt like we were genuinely talking to a friend the entire time. Cocktails were so creative, unique, and delicious!! Atmosphere, service and drinks were perfect!!! Will absolutely come here again next time i’m in downtown Phoenix.
