I stop going here cause they are so pushy with the tips & then if u don't tip enough, they say something sometimes. The employer should pay them more if that is the case. They do make good egg nog, though

I am not a coffee aficionado but the missus is and she approves. The workers are always very friendly as well. So whenever I get a coffee this is the place. I wouldn't go near a Starplace.

Highest for light cream, and when I told him there was too much cream, I got an attitude from the person that they had to make it all over again. I'm not shocked this BR has been hit or miss since it opening attitude wise. ?

Drinks are good and the people are fast. The lines are typically pretty long and at other coffee places they move pretty slow. However, they are fast and you can get in and out the drive within 10 minutes regardless of how busy they are. Not to mention all the people working there are pretty nice and polite.Parking: The parking may be a little rough if you plan on going inside during the peak hours. The drive to grab coffee runs through the parking lot.

A bunch of kids lacking basic customer service. Become defensive, rude and spiteful when they mess up your order and it gets pointed out. Also was told last week that my DoorDash order couldn’t be picked up through the window so next time if I wanted to go through the drive thru, I’d have to place a mobile order. I do that today just to be told that my already prepared drink couldn’t be passed to me through the window and that I would have to come in for it since it was a mobile order LOL

Lately I’ve been getting flat fuels at this location. So I had to go inside to see how they make the drink. I noticed they pour the fuel can into a cup, and then pour that cup into the cup it’s served in. You’re now serving me a flat fuel, zero carbonation like I’m drinking a tea.Other locations just have the fuel can pouring into the cup it’s served in.

They’ve messed up twice in a row and there is no way to contact them. I’ve switched coffee shops for a while because they have forgotten to make my drink dairy free twice and I have gotten extremely sick. They mislabeled the drinks last time as well but I know all of them so I was able to figure it out but they did not make mine dairy free. I also pay extra so it makes it extra disappointing.

This place literally makes me feel cool. The vibes are immaculate, also the coffee is . I don’t know how many times I have to say don’t go to Starbucks and scooters. There ARE better options!!
