Here for work so came to Blanco for a late lunch on the patio. Our server was Andre and he was so great! He gave the BEST recommendations from the skinny margaritas to the carne asada tacos. Had a great time!

We love that they offer free chips + salsa. The service was pretty slow--it took a while for a waiter to first check in on us--but things picked up to a decent place after that. I was impressed with the cocktails and, after trying my friends', decided to order one myself. We all got various margaritas--they're pretty fresh + well-balanced. I loved my BBQ tacos--I was craving bbq so they hit the spot. They were sweet with a good amount of meat and I'd definitely recommend the handmade corn tortillas. My friend got the carne bowl, and I thought the carne was pretty chewy--I was glad I hadn't gotten that. All in all, a roundup to 4 stars. Free chips and salsa, good vibes, and tasty food.

Food and ambiance is always great, I love the interior and their cocktails are good and strong. However, I've been there 4 times and only had good service once, and that's only because we went in the middle of the day when it happened to be slower than usual. The other 3 times, a totally different story. We left once and almost left the other 2 times due to waiting 30 minutes to get our order taken as we watch our waiter and so many other staff members just walk past us. It's a good place with great food and the staff is always really friendly and apologetic for the lack of service but idk the consistently bad service just doesn't make sense because they always have so many people on at once. Food is always a hit but the overall experience is a hit or miss depending on when you go which isn't ideal.

Good food .... Always slow service. This restaurant is not busy enough to have such sloooooooooow service. No one who works here has a sense that some of us have to get back to work. We don't have an unlimited time to have lunch. Frustrating

We came here on a Sunday afternoon. They were slammed, so we had to wait about a half hour to get seated. Once we were seated we were served tasty warm chips with thick herby salsa. I got the pastor chicken tacos which were juicy with tart grilled pineapple on house made corn tortillas that were like tasty little pillows. The rice, grilled corn, and black beans on the side were yummy enough to make a meal out of. Their skinny margarita is the best I have ever had by a landslide.

I've been coming here for years and it's definitely not what it used to be. Our most recent visit, three out of four of us had something wrong with their meal. I'm not sure if they have a new chef, but most things seem different, the tacos and enchiladas are not the same that they used to be, rice seems different, street corn has no flavor now, it's like I'm eating it out of a can. Service is usually good, but the food itself has gone downhill which is sad to see. I can see myself returning for happy hour for some margs and apps but not for a full service dinner. On to find a New Mexican go to place.

The food was delicious and so were the drinks. I gave service for stars only because we waited an hour to get our food, at 1:00 p.m. I would definitely go back here but only on off hours.
Excellent food & drinks. The tequila flights are awesome. Highly recommend the street corn appetizer, but order it off the cob.

Absolutely amazing experience we had Genesis as our server and she was phenomenal, she explained everything as it was our first time there for both of us. kept refilling our drinks asking, I have a gluten allergy and she helped me find the best dishes. me and my boyfriend had the ceviche and split the mahi tacos, which tasted just as good as it sounds! Will be back again. Request Genesis as your server!
