All four of our dishes were very tasty, service was very fast, even though it was oddly busy for a Tuesday at 5, and the price wasn't bad.

I walked in, sat at a high table in the bar area and watched a worker speaking with another co-worker for about 5 minutes. The bartender ignored me. A couple walked in, after another minute one of the servers who was engaged in the conversation with the co-worker walked over to the couple and sat them. I got up and went to the hostess table, but the guy who seated the couple never looked at the front door where i was standing but walked to the back of the restaurant. The most unfriendly, clueless about customers, only engaged with each other place I've been too. I left. Just the worst!!!

Super cute place and the menu looks great, but the service was ridiculous. We waited 20 minutes after being sat, while several tables sat after us were promptly greeted. When we asked the hostess if she could send our server over, and grab us some waters she told us “ok, just a minute.” Another few minutes later, I spotted a manager and walked up to him, told him we’d been sitting for 20 minutes and needed some water and would like to order. He was obviously very distracted and told me “yeah, just a minute.” Ok, well, it didn’t seem like he wanted us there, so we left. We won’t be back.

The service here had definitely gone down. The server came to our table, standing directly behind the other person, asked who ordered this dish (there were only two of us), and she leaned over and put the dish down in front of him. She should have walked to the other side of the table and placed the entree in front of me. Aside from that, the water the server gave us tasted like typical Phoenix tap water, but more extreme. I ordered an Arnold Palmer, and it was soooo watered down it had zero taste. I decided to replace it with a coke, and that tasted awful, too. Maybe the syrup was old, and carbonation was off?? I don't know what it was, but gosh, not good.Chips and salsa were good

Went there for taco Tuesday . The traditional tacos were excellent . Shells nice and crispy, filled with great fresh meats, lettuce cheese and sour cream. Best tacos I have had in phoenix ever!!!!Appetizer chips and salsa were most excellent , very thin and crispy !!Service was outstanding .The only negative was the music ! Contemporary artists that were just a bit grating . Would have preferred some more traditional soothing mexican music !!

To be honest for this little small Mexican food place you cannot go wrong. I love the vibe and if I lived in this area this would be my spot It has an open air feel from the bar to the outside patio which I love. The roasted salsa is a must try.

Carlos is by far one of the best servers anywhere. We normally don't come here if he is not working. The happy hour appetizer deals are awesome, especially the nacho plate! We recommend that if you go here, make sure you get Carlos as your server!
