I went in there to get some donuts awhile back. I asked to use the restroom before I ordered and they looked at like I was from mars. They both walked to the back and never came back out. I stood around for at least 5-10 minutes. I finally left and went home. I will never set foot in that store again.

Today was the last straw,not your standard bosa so hit or miss i swear my doughnuts are 50/50 stale and old every time. Never going back to this location again. The one on Pinnacle is GLORIOUS.

First time here. Super fresh donuts. Yeasty and delicious. They don t have that greasy taste that some BOSA donuts have. Great variety too. This is a place to buy ur donuts.

Donuts were great but bagel breakfast sandwich was not good. The bagel was super dry and bland. We went to the Bosa Donuts on 3rd street in downtown Phoenix and it did not seem very clean. Would recommend the donuts but would not rush back by any means.
Early morning crave for donuts! Since we don't have Bosa in Hawaii, I had to try this. Cute little locally owned shop had exactly what I was craving. Owner so friendly and patient with me as I'm deciding. I ordered the blueberry cake donuts, glazed, Boston crème. These blueberry ones were AMAZING! Simple but so good. Freshly made, they had an amazing texture and a slight crisp topped with a thin glaze of sugar. OMG this one was my fav! The regular glazed was anything but regular. Soft, moist with that glaze of sugar goodness. Boston crème filling rich and not overly sweet. All donuts were a good size. Not those tiny ones you'd need to eat a couple to be satisfied. Service was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend these and location. Sorry forgot to take pics, it was early and I forgot :(
This specific location was disgusting. We were there early in the morning which should entail a clean environment. This place was wrecked...there were 2 tables to chose from to sit and 1 was broken and the other was dirty from top to bottom. The place felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months and never deep cleaned. Very run down...like once something broke they just don't fix it, once it's been used, they don't clean it. The doughnuts, which I get the brand a lot from a different location, are very fresh, melt in your mouth, full of flavor...these tasted a day old...already getting hard. Everything from the signs in the windows and items on the counters just old and gringy with no working bathroom to boot. Just not clean, not satisfying, and after watching how they make their fruit shakes...nothing is real...its all powders and syrups. The building needs cleaned and new items that aren't broken...revamp it and put some pride in your buisness.

Food and service was good. Something about how they bake the donuts fresh daily on location makes a huge difference, they don't do that at Dunkin Donuts anymore. The donuts are real soft and taste really delicious. My favorites are cake donuts with peanut and coconut toppings, also the cinnamon twist and the pudding filled with chocolate frosting. I always pick up the jelly and maple bar donuts for my family. I like how the store has an open window concept with good lighting. One thing to improve would be to add real fresh fruit to the smoothies.

Donut tasted fine, decent selection when I went around noon. I don’t have high expectations for boba at a donut shop but the thai tea with boba was fine, just really sweet (as expected, I let most of the ice melt for my preference). Friendly cashier, maybe the owner?
