First stop on our visit to pheonix with my wife and her friend. Restaurant itself is nice and spacious. We were seated right away. Our server was very welcoming and helpful. I got the Ranchero skillet, my wife and her friend got the Sweet Trio & the Greek Omelette respectively. I tried some of my wife's Sweet Trio, which was pretty good but the Ranchero skillet was just okay IMO. Our friend thought the Greek Omelette was good as well but nothing exceptional. Great place for a little family breakfast! We enjoyed the mimosa flight and messy caramel latte. The interior was cute and not too busy early in the morning, and the booth seating was large and comfortable. Service was surprisingly slow for how empty the place was, but I think there was possibly only one server on at the time. Food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either.

Mimosa and Bloody Mary flights are phenomenal. Hash browns are a must have. Honestly everything was amazing except that the person who ordered pancakes had to wait an additional 15 minutes for their food past everyone else.
