I was excited to try this and today is my husband's birthday. I ordered 1 Red Velvet, 1 Black and White, and 1 Rainbow. Of what I ordered, I only received 1 correct item, there Rainbow. We received a regular fudge and a confetti for the other 2 slices.
It's not a deal breaker that the cake was prepackaged but I feel it was misleading in the description.
Finally, I paid $9.98 a piece for the slices to not be as big as you're led to believe.
The taste was ok.
This is what happens when you don't have actual locations where the product is made on site.
Doubt I will order again. This was my first experience and I haven't even taken a bite yet because I'm not thrilled with the slices I received for the cost.

Uber Eats add-on. Horrible prepackaged frozen cake! Buddy would be embarrassed if he knew this had his name on it. Had better cake from a gas station.

I ordered delivery 3 days prior to a order needed for a birthday.
They cancelled it 15 mins prior to delivery and no calls, nothing….terrible! I will never use them again!

If I could give minus stars, I would. I ordered some cake at 9.99 a slice and the order was wrong. After 4 calls to try and first, get the correct order and then just to get some customer satisfaction I have not to date been able to speak to a human being and have not received a phone call back . Very poor customer service. Highly disappointed since I am a huge fan of Buddy Velasco on Food Network. I just think it's extremely rude to not call. Wow! I am speaking to a customer service rep now and they are refunding me for the two incorrect slices. It's 7/10/23. I placed 4 calls since 6/30/23. For me it's just a little too little a little too late. But thank you for calling back, finally. And this review is for the Gilbert store btw.
