There were no people and we still wait for an hour. What a bad service and the Manager doesn't care .Parking: There is not parking spaces.

put in an online order at 7:31pm. never got confirmation that it was ready or anything as it was supposed to be ready between 7:50-8pm. after calling numerous times to see if my order was done, nobody answered. i went down there in person (by now it’s 8:35 arrival time) and stood in line. there was several people in line that were NOT being helped. the cashier obviously didn’t know what she was doing. she helped ONE person and disappeared to the back of the store. an uber driver came up and got his order himself and that’s when the cashier decided to come out and start helping the line. when i tried to asking her about my order she was so rude and had attitude stating they “were busy.” apparently my wings were just sitting there and by the time i got them they were COLD. i didn’t feel like going back and dealing with the cashier so i left it alone. let me add, a man that had been waiting so long got really upset and ended up leaving and he had already paid for his food. had this cashier known how to run a front desk, we all would’ve gotten our food in a timely manner. her attitude and incompetency makes me not want to return to this establishment.edit: i did call back the following morning and expressed my concern to the manager who was extremely nice and apologized. he offered to give me my money back however, i received another order of wings. thank you for making this right!

What an absolute $#!+ show, should've read the reviews, ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS!!!1st, when we tried to make a to-go phone order, they put you on hold and the hold music just says use the joke of an app.When you do order through the app, you're at the mercy of the clown putting it together on how many barely sauced boneless wings you get when you spilt up sauces on a 30 count.2nd, we didn't even get our order of fries.3rd, we're missing our order of jerk sauced wings4th, one box of wings had no sauce at all5th, ALL of the wings were cold6th, ALL of the wings were tough7th, our order said that it was going to be ready at 6:50 to pick it up, got there at 6:45, we didn't get our order till 7:30.8th, my roommate's To-go wing order that we ordered at the same time, was ALSO wrong, cold and tough, but I'll let her leave her own review.9th, when I called to let them know what happened with our orders, they left me on hold for over 30 minutes, so I decided to leave a review.ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

The service in this location is awful, i’ve been in this location or ordered from here a lot of times and they always messed my orders, last night they told me they didn’t have the original buffalo sauce so they asked me if I wanted a different sauce i said it was ok so I asked a different one and what they did was they gave me the sauce on the side instead on the actual wings, i asked if they can put it on the wings because that’s not the presentation i wanted and the girl there was mad when i asked for my food to be how i paid for, is not the first time I have problems here.

Cleanliness is an opportunity. Food was edible - served lukewarm. No ranch on a BOGO free night. I'll be back because it's close by but I'm careful to never pay full price for anything. I hope this restaurant improves - local competitors in walking distance are a better choice when compared at full price.

My experience at Buffalo wild Wings was a bit of a mixed bag. While the wings were tasty, they were noticeably under-seasoned, leaving me craving more flavor. The drinks were average, nothing to write home about. However, the standout feature was definitely the ambiance. The restaurant had an outstanding atmosphere, which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Despite the culinary shortcomings, the inviting environment made it a memorable dining experience.

The food was Luke warm, you can tell it was under a hot lamp for way too long. The waiter even told me that the chefs pre make the wings and are not making them when ordered. Food was not fresh, and when I got home( not trying to be funny,) I had to take a massive dump! My tummy didn't like what I ate.

Food came out cold. Waiter gave us a new portion but those were lukewarm! We used to come here a lot and the food was awesome. Now its gone downhill and we won't be coming back. No one wants to go out on a Saturday night to eat cold wings. Someone needs to look into the chefs or something. We weren't the only table that had this problem either.

I ordered on doordash. I specifically ordered the sauce, (not dry seasoning), x2 celery and carrots, and 2 ranches. I received NONE of that. And the fries and wings were cold UPON arrival, and I'm confident that it's not doordashes fault because I watched all of this happen in real time. Several drivers tried to pick up my order, but they had to cancel and pass it off to another driver because bww didn't have the order ready. Seriously disappointing. I understand busy. I understand not being ready. What I don't understand is sending out wings that are clearly old and have been sitting, and an incomplete order on top of that. I didn't have ranch at home and I basically forced myself to eat dry wings and cold fries because I paid over $50 dollars for them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will waste your money.

I found the hidden gem. The 3rd world country vibe in the area made me skeptical, until I saw the constant patrol performed by Omega Security. The staff and floor had a fun, positive atmosphere. I didn’t dine in, but I placed a to-go order:“Bacon Green Chili Hatch burger” combo. The whole process was smooth, fast, and efficient. The food had flavor! The cooks did an amazing job with the food. You can really taste the difference between the food of cooks and chefs. This place definitely has chefs. To-Go specialist made sure I had everything(napkins, ketchup, utensils, etc.) before I left. Overall, a great experience!
