I stopped eating at Burger King a couple of years ago because this location could never get an order right. On a whim I decided to give them a try tonight. This i learned, don't do whims ever again. The only change I made to my order was to remove the Mayo, but apparently that was taken as no condiments or toppings...oh and they forgot the fries. This was an order for three people, and none of us got what we ordered. I cannot for the life of me understand how one location could be this consistently bad. Stay awayI have pictures to show, but in not seeing that option.

This location doesn't know if American cheese is yellow or white... the original chicken sandwich patty was so old and cold the cheese didn't even melt. Took one bite and threw it out, gross... ?

25 min wait for 2 whoppers with cheese that cost $16 and then get home and no cheese.

This place should be shut down. I wonder if it's the same horrible operator that has the Dunkin next door. Anyway, I used Uber Eats for 3 items. One item missing, one item completely wrong, and item 3, the fries were hard and cold. Horrible all around.

Stopped for lunch about 1 pm. The burgers ? were cold, as were the fries. Looked like made for the 12N lunch crowd. No Attempt to heat them before serving. Don't think we'll stop there again.

My disabled family member came to the location and ordered a whopper meal. The whopper had ½ gallon of ketchup and Mayo on it. Because he never experienced service like this with his food. He started to cry. We will definitely not be visiting this location in the future.

Went through the drive thru for a quick bite and ordered the chicken wraps. They would have been really good if they weren’t dripping with sauce. I couldn’t eat the sexy one that I bought because it had so much sauce on it that it was all over the wrapper and all over the bag . Guy at the window was in such hurry they didn’t even take time to make my food properly, looked like it was slipped together. So disappointing.

Stopped to get food through the Drive-thru. They don't tell you right away that they ran out of FRIES so you already have cars behind you and you're done telling them half your order. At the window the little person manager doesn't even try to give you some complementary onion rings or maybe a free drink...? Nothing. THIS BURGER KING DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH FRIES AND THEY RUN OUT BY 7PM LOL.SKIP THIS ONE.

Drive girl took 5 minutes just to ask what my order was . One car in front nobody in the lobby . Kindly rude while getting my order like I was bugging her .
