Butcher Block Catering catered our non-profit's largest fundraiser and totally knocked it out of the park. As they were setting up the buffet stations outside our building, a storm swept in. Without a blink, Chef Michael and his congenial crew whipped up pop-up canopies and continued to lay things out. The tri-tip I just had at the Cave Creek Museum Miner’s Dinner, combined with that incredible BBQ secret sauce with pomegranate something in it, was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. The entire table of guests was raving about it. You guys have something very special there!
