This place serves an epic breakfast. Sat on their heated patio which offers some nice views of the area. Service was amazing and fast. All the food was great, but the pancakes are at a different level. Honestly maybe the best I’ve ever had. If you are in the area makes sure you try this place out.

Food is good but their service is not great. Tried to do a take out order called at 9 AM and they said the soonest they could have it ready was 12:30 PM. Seems pretty unreasonable. They also have no wait list reservations or mobile order.

Visiting Phoenix and came to Butter’s based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the restaurant would not accommodate my food allergies. First restaurant I have been to in my life that could not accommodate a gluten, dairy and soy allergy. Gave my food allergy card to the waitress and she spoke to the chef and he said that everything including the fruit was cross contaminated. It’s not that big of a deal in the end as I don’t want to get sick but future people that have any food allergies should be aware of this.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions similar to mine you are better off going elsewhere in my opinion.

We just love butters. Been to two locations and they are very consistent with service and food. This is the second time at this specific location and as always, the meal was very good.I wasn't in the pancake mood, so I ended up ordering the Classic Benedict with potatoes and it was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were on point.We will definitely be hitting up Butters again!

This place was packed and on a 20-30 minute wait on Good Friday. The host team was really efficient, communicated well, and we were sat in under 30 minutes. Service was really great. Our server(Crystal H) was very attentive and had a great attitude/personality. The entire front of the house staff worked together well and we received refills and had our table pre-bussed but other members of the team. Food was served very quickly and was presented well. I had the breakfast burrito, my wife had a basic two egg breakfast, and the kids had Oreo pancakes and bacon. Everything was really nice. With 25 years in the service industry, this is the kind of restaurant I wish I could franchise.
