Ordered take out and every pasta dish had broken sauce. Disgusting. What is even more frustrating is that I spent that 30 minutes trying to find a way to contact restaurants to send them these pictures and ask for a refund only to get put on hold, hung up on, and then stuck in a loop that did help me contact anyone on the contact us page. This was supposed to be $23 mushroom and chicken fettuccine Alfredo and $18 Mac and Cheese that all ended up in the trash.

Really enjoyed the lunch specials that our party of four had. Great value, good food and service was reasonable. The minus one star goes for that we were on other side of restaurant and the entire time we clearly heard music over the house music that was being played. We figured it was a customer at another table on their phone. We ended up figuring out it was the kitchen playing their own music.

Always a great place to eat. Fresh food and great service, very nice hospitality and a nice verity of choices. This specific location was great and loved the deco as well.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff with kids

A solid go-to for more than two decades. Love the thin crispy pizza with old favorites like pepperoni or margarita. And the spaghetti. Well, make it everything. If something isn't working it doesn't stay long. Their good. Mostly delivery now days, and the presentation and packaging are a solid service we appreciate.

We didn’t even get bread. Everyone else got bread. Kind of upsetting. Food is mid as normal, nothing extraordinary. But the service here is not good. Don’t come here, get takeout. The service not good.

Food and service is decent.I can't download the picture of the seat I was given. It is ripped and not only on one place but on multiple, and not on one table but multiple ones.It used to have a charm and appearance, but now it is just a shadow of its past glory.

We ate there on May 5, 2023. Food was excellent and server kylee was great. Wife had the Avocado Eggrolls, ice T and I had the carne asada pizza which was amazing and a lemonadeKid-friendliness: We brought our 6 month old girl in her car seat and she fit perfectly in the booth.Parking: It was free in the paid extra area. Don’t know why but we weren’t complaining

It’s a standard CPK.I got a Thai Chicken Pizza without the chicken, and they food arrived correctly at my table and was delicious.Parking can be a bit of a bear, but there’s a good enough sidewalk that a short walk isn’t bad.

This is typically not this bad.... I've dined in here several times and I've enjoyed the food ... but today , out of all days.(mother's day) the service felt very short . Order wasn't properly taken or delivered. Server seem unaware or overwhelmed which ever it was the restaurant wasn't busy got such poor service . We had a strawberry lemonade that was never brought to us( we just decided to not bother and drink the waters . For my daughters spaghetti we asked for the tomatoe and meat sauce .( only got tomatoe sauce ) and for myself a tequila fettuccine... waited for the wrong dish ( garlic cream fettuccine) .. after letting the server know my order was wrong had to wait for my dish ... if restaurant is short staff management should be more involved . Better staffing for this very important day.

The prices are very high for what you get. Service was just OK. Quality of the pizza was very disappointing

Love the Kung Pao chicken here. Not many people think of noodles when they go to a pizza place, but this is my favorite thing so far.

Sad. CPK feels like it’s on its last legs. It’s really quite meh. No wonder the one at Desert Ridge went under.Shoulda known it was gonna be a bummer. Walked in and waiting about 2 minutes (no one manning the host stand). Very indifferent manager shows up and asks if we’ve been helped (keep in mind, the place is mostly empty at that point).Show our table and the guy piles menus and silverware in pile and walks away. Nice. I know it’s not upscale by any measure, at the CPK price point, really?Ordered my old favorite (cali club pizza) and was disappointed. Most obvious was the crust. Not sure if it wasn’t done right or what, but just kinda rubbery and bland. The chicken was tired (like old/dry) and the bacon (what tiny little there was) didn’t seem like the old quality. The salad topper (on the menu as “wild arugula, fresh tomatoes, torn basil”, was an underdressed pile of shredded iceberg (like the kind they out on taco bell items). The avocados were the best thing and they were very much underripe. This place just screams “don’t care anymore”.The only saving grace was our server, Kylee. She was hustling (too many tables and tending bar). and still managed to be pleasant and attentive.Well, it was a good run, but sadly, after more than a decade, we’re done with CPK.

One of our fave places!!! Unfortunately, they've closed the ones near where we live (Gilbert), so went to this one while out and about this weekend. This location is near my office, so frequent it. They always have great service and the food is always good! I'm sad they have taken my favorite pizza off of the menu (again)...Jamaican J**** Hopefully, it'll make a comeback. The prices are a bit higher but food is always delicious!

Stopped in for dinner with a business associate. Waited 15 minutes for first sign of waitress. Down hill after that. Hardly anyone in the place at 5:00 pm on a Wednesday night. No attention or care to serving us. We left and went to one of the many other restaurants close by. Don’t waste your time with this location.
