Food is excellent but during my visit there was a ummm "fluffier" gentleman who was working (night shift) and he was extremely rude to one of the elderly customers thinking he wasn't in the building... But otherwise all of the others were great fast and nailed it other wise. One bad grape doesn't ruin the bushel so I'd give it a 4 out of 5.

Every single time I give Carls Jr a chance it’s a bomb. Regardless of the location. If it’s not a failure in service, it’s some mechanical issue such as air conditioning or just plain awful food or a combination of all of it. . Today I bought a California combo.
