Ordered a diet pop, Guy was to busy talking to his boss or some give me a sugar pop. I;m a severe diabetic. Within 30min my sugar was over 300. Had to use 40units insulin to counteract it. People need to take orders or talk with coworkers. not both. was last Friday just after noon.

Ordered no onions, receipt says no onions, girl on the grill & the manager get mad like it's my fault when I politely correct her before she's finished cooking the cheese steak wrong. ..managed to get all the right toppings, but the cheese is hardly melted as she was in a rush now. Don't know why she's in a rush I was (understandably) the only customer.

I went to this place just wanting food, but I had the best customer service in my life, there was only one Pierson behind the counter, I think his name was johna idk he was a bigger fellow, he made sure my food was the best 10/10
