Placed a mobile order on the phone app. Went to pick it up and the person said they didn't see the order. Had to re-order on the spot and pay again. Guess what? The original order when through on the credit card so now I have two charges. Called the store, the girl was clueless like I was scamming them said, "come in the store and we will figure it out" Dude, you gonna waste more of my time for an 11.62 dollar refund?

What the hell, Chick-fil-A?! I was on the road and trusted you to make a breakfast that wouldn't cause a GI nightmare for me. Of my 10 piece, 4 of them had this gross middle. What a waste of $22. I fear the ramifications that are likely to present themselves throughout the day.
