Ordered sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit with hash browns and OJ. $10.63.Gave the young lady $20.68, my mistake but it totally confused her. She forgot to give me my $10.00 and when I opened my food I had a spicy chicken with cheese on a biscuit. I was already back on the highway, before i realized.

I don't usually eat fast food but when I do, it's 90% Chick Fil A. I ordered my food via the mobile app making it easy and convenient to drive thru and scan the QR code when I arrive.Today I received a handwritten note with my food from "Aiden". If the objective was to make the customer smile, it definitely made my day.
It’s the little things!After a long morning working we were ready for food and some WATER! When I ordered the water the young lady taking my order in the drive thru noticed that a tiny cup for water wasn’t going to do it, so she kindly asked if I would like a large cup of water. YES!These are the little things that make a big difference. It may have cost the restaurant a a few cents, but it made a big impression ans difference in my customer experience. Thank you!!(This is such a simple change and should be an instant offer at any restaurant. Please Take note all other restaurants. )

You never know who will receive these and the effects of a kind gesture.
The drive thru lanes are really stupid and they get my order wrong regularly. Not occasionally, regularly. Slow, lots of waiting here, to get the wrong food over and over again.

One of my favorite fast food places in the world! Their food is soo good, the workers are always so nice, and the decorations and atmosphere is great. Everything is very clean too. I always get their chicken sandwich with fries, and occasionally some Mac and cheese in the side which is actually pretty good. And their Oreo McFlurrys are soo good, it’s one of my favorite places to get a Oreo shake at.
