I feel very bad my I ordered no onion no tomato 2 time because i have allergic but boths time gave me with onion and tomato and lose more 1 hour and half before cancellation my order but not a waiter fault he rold a chef 2 times this the chef fault

Our food was bit cold and soggy. Chicken crispers not crispy. Food was brought out quickly and ready on time! Server was very professional. There was a begger in parking lot... bit scary, was aggressive.

I'm just writing this review due to the experience my husband and I had. The food and drinks and atmosphere was great, like always. The service was awful. Our service was the worst I've ever had. My husband and I are a Hispanic couple. I'm a brown woman, and he's light skinned. Well, when she saw us, she was hesitant to service us. She didn't introduce herself at all. She took our drink order and 10 mins our food order. A white group sat behind us, and she introduced herself and was friendly and offering appetizers to them, and her tone was night and day between us and the group. Our food order came up, and she dropped my food on the table, and my husband's was placed. I was so upset and tearing up because I felt profiled. My husband asked for To-go boxes, and she totally ignored him walking away. Then comes back and leaves 2 boxes and walks away to the table behind us and being friendly and taking their order. My husband walked away to the car, and I stayed to talk to a manager. The manager was very understanding and has seen us at this chili's before. We will be going back but not having that server.
