Good food and able to accommodate larger party of 10, however, I had lunch today with 4 others. Seated by a large, noisy group of over 20 people. Not a good experience! Service was not good - did not even get utensils to eat with until at least 10 minutes after food was served. Usually side salads are served before entree...but not today! Salad came with the main course. Probably will not be back!

I just left this restaurant about 5 mins ago after being seated and never greeted once I was sat. My family and I waited there 30 mins to never even have our drink orders taken. We kindly walked to the hostess to ask for some assistance and proceeded to wait another 10 mins until my family and I walked out. On the way out we talked to the shift manager and nothing was done. Avoid this place, they have no idea what they’re doing.

Had serval servers look at my table, and yet none came over to check in/or take my order. After telling the host about needing a server to take my order, I still had no one come take my order.

Food was good! Ordered surf and turf to go just to find out that the side wasn’t included in the box when we got home?
Service was great, food was good. The lady sitting behind me kept passing out at her table. She knocked over her water onto the floor and it took several minutes for someone to clean up. Manager stayed in the kitchen!

I was missing a whole half rack of ribs from an online delivery order I placed last week. I called this place and spoke someone named Nick, who was supposedly the manager and was promised a partial refund and it's been a whole week and I'm still waiting.
