So disappointed in this location. They have good food, but the service has gone way down. Went in the other day for lunch just after they opened. Sat at the bar like I always do. There was quite a wait for someone to acknowledge me. An employee named Andrew finally came & took my order. When they brought out my salad, they just dropped it in front of me & left. Nobody was behind the bar, so I reached behind & took a pepper shaker for my salad. As I took a bite of my salad, Andrew suddenly appeared & said in a very condescending way "Did you take the salt & pepper shaker off that table or just the pepper? I was stunned - I was the only one at the bar - it was very clear the only thing there was the pepper shaker. I had salad in my mouth & c couldn't answer right away so he repeated his question in a demanding tone. I pointed to the pepper shaker. He then let out a loud sigh, reached down & picked up a pepper shaker & took it to the table behind me. I asked why they don't have sale & pepper on the bar? He said people move them around & they have to keep "Chasing them down" so they don't put them out. So apparently it's better to inconvenience the guests than have to do a little work. I should have asked for a manager, Andrew was so rude & condescending, but I just wanted to get out of there. I finished my meal & left. I will not be back. It's too bad, because I like their food but I will not put up with their attitude, like they are doing me a favor... What a messed up world!

Well, this was a mess. We waited 40 minutes for our food to come out, and the waitress kept saying it was coming up. No problem, we were fine. Until she walked back to us as if she had amnesia, and said, "Are you ready to put an order in.?! She apparently never put or order in and forgot she didn't put it in. But instead of saying that she approached us like oh are you ready? ? was not a good time. There were only a few other tables at the time so it wasn't busy. Just very odd. However the chips salsa and ranch were good. So that's a plus.
Bartenders are always friendly and provide great service!

Ordered chili. It was overcooked, very salty and way too spicy. Service was good, prices unreasonably high for serving size. Will not go back

Sadly nobody seems to care about customer service anymore. I had a coupon for a free dessert for my bday that was on 1/26, oddly it expired on 2/2 (not a big window). We ordered a cocktail, chips & salsa and each has an entree. I told the waitress about my coupon and asked if they'd honor it since it was a super short window and we don't live close to that location. It was a big fat no. After we ate, the waitress asked if we wanted dessert. I said I'd love the bday dessert if shed honor it, nope. Honestly the gesture of giving me my bday dessert would've went a long way. In conclusion, we're not coming back. Big corporations don't care about us had working individuals. There are still plenty of restaurants that would enjoy our business.

I went to Chili’s with a friend and got the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad with chicken crispers. It was a delicious and more healthy option. I would definitely order this again the next time I go!
