I had great expectations for this place but it was sadly disappointing. Great concept but is was lacking on execution. I had the Carnitas, Terriyaky Chicken with fried pork rice and black beans, and it happen to be on the weekend so you get a free cookie. Nothing was good, not even the cookie or the water down ice tea. Stay away from the carnitas they are not your typical carnitas you get any where else. I really wanted to like this place, may be will visit again later on the future to see if things have improved.

Always amazing. I live over an hour away I’m never on the west valley but I still try and find a reason to get food here at least twice a year. I’ve been eating at Chino’s for over 20 years. Hope they’re always here in some capacity.

I’m giving this a five star because of the unique flavors that I had. Would I go again. I’m not sure. Fusion is unique . I enjoyed the experience , enjoyed the combinations . Staff was so helpful.

The food at the new spot is amazing, way better than the old place! Had the double chicken bowl and topped it off with a warm cookie. So good!

Not sure what wrong with servers packing. I ordered for 4 of 13 Polo Diablo and they read out the order correctly while picking it but I got home to find out something else 1 of them is Polo Diablo and the other 3 are Jade Red or something. This is third time they messaged up the order. Pretty sure somebody else have got my order and they are equally upset. If you have more than one package, please open the food to make sure it's the right order before picking it up. Especially the package that does not have order ticket attached.

Not authentic Mexican food. Have had better canned beans. Carnitas and were lackluster and watery. Only gave more stars because the customer service was very friendly and they provided an alternate meal upon request. Atmosphere is cute and clean.

The quality of food here has plummeted in the last few years. The chicken tastes like freezer the Chinese bbq pork tastes old and very fatty. I think they switched over to frozen meats that are come processed and ready to cook. Been going to chino since before the move. The owners you can do better than this!!

I have been going to and enjoying Chino for well over 10 years, but have been disappointed recently. My favorite was always Jen Red Pork with pork fried rice... until their pork became so scrappy it was no longer enjoyable. The spicy sweet and sour sauce was always wonderful. Tonight, that sauce was lacking in 2 ways. One, there is effectively no sauce on the dish, just almost dry deep fried meat, and two, it seems to be a slightly sweet chili sauce, not the spicy sweet and sour I've liked for years. The fried rice has gone down hill, as well. It is now more of a seasoned rice than a fried rice. The flavor is different, not as enjoyable.Their prices have gone up almost as quickly as their food quality has gone down. Before I retired 8 years ago, I would buy lunch from Chino fairly regularly. Now, I couldn't afford to eat lunch there on any kind of a regular basis.I don't hate the food there. I still enjoyed dinner, but not near as much as I used to.I really miss the old Chino!

This was my first time here. Maybe this place USED to be good but it was not good yesterday. I ordered the jade chicken and veggie salad. The meat was bland and dry. The "veggie salad" was just a dry salad, just lettuce with a few tomatoes, chives, and a single piece of broccoli. No dressing, no seasoning. Will not be back.
