Came in tonight and it was pretty busy and what I witnessed was sheer harmony. The four employees in the food line and register were not four individuals, they were a collective. A hive mind if you will. They moved as an absolute unit. At one point I saw the guy with my bowl, pico spoon in one hand, reach over and grab a handful of cheese and without looking drop it onto my fiancés quesadilla that THE OTHER GUY WAS HOLDING. It was like watching a no look behind the back pass in basketball, but at the highest level. Felt like I was reliving the Bulls in the 90’s. Thats the crew right there.

Cold food, undercooked rice, low inventory, dirty dining room and the kitchen area looked like a complete disaster.
The food is okay, but the overall hygiene really needs to be improved. You can still eat occasionally even if you're really hungry!

Update 2024 - Guac not provided again. 4th time. Great work Chipotle, really knocking it out of the park on Happy Valley.Third time I get home with no guac after adding 20% to the bill...if it costs extra it should be delivered...do better.6 months later, went back for a pick up and wrong order again. This is the worst chipotle I've ever lived near and frequented and will just start going to Mesquite instead.

Dint have pinto beans chips guac pico didn't have kids quesadeas. I still was made to pay extra for chicken even tho I would never have gotten chicken if they had the other the things the manager Sam was rude and dismissive when I explained that this was a little weird. The guy who took my order and the manager all seemed to not care the kitchen staff were standing around the only girl that was actually kind and empathetic and doing her job was the red head cashier. I didn't expect to pay 25 dollars on things I didn't even want. The team actually seemed to hate their jobs. I was very impressed with the red head young girl acting more mature then the manager. She went out of her way to be empathetic and understanding and realisticly the only person that acted like they wanted better for the company. Mind you I came tonight 2 hours before close she was the only person that cared andWorked. Everyone else was standing around. SAD she was probably the youngest and could blow the said manager Sam out of the water. Very dissatisfied and disappointed for such a healthy option and what is said to be a good chain. And if you are actually running low on things your ordering manager should think ahead for upcoming events and location. I've been in the restaurant industry but simply felt like the resteraunt was just trying to leave at 10 exactly. SAD SAD SAD the whole experience

One word, dirty!Only person in line and it took a long time to even be acknowledged. Dining room was a mess, tables & floors.Ordered 3 tacos that were smashed in tin foil and handed to me. Tried to get a diet coke, it streamed just clear carbonation.
